Oklahoma City Bombings
- Judicial-Inc
September 18, 2003
Here we find yet another instance where the enemies the government tells us
to be afraid of are created by the government itself. "Terrorists" try to
bomb the WTC, then we find out the "terrorists" included FBI. "Militia's"
are declared a threat to the nation following the OK city bombing, then we
find out that most Militia's are being run by BATF informants. The founder
and leader of Elohim City, a "hotbed of white separatism" at the time Tim
McVeigh was hanging around, was also an FBI informant. "Neo-Nazis" are on
the rise, and we find out the Neo-Nazi leaders are intelligence agents. "Al
Qaeda" knows down the WTC on 9-11, then we find out that at least in the
case if Palestine, "Al Qaeda" is actually a Mossad front. Do you get it yet?
All this terror and terror group crap is a FRAUD by the government itself to
scare you under control. - M. R.

A federal judge on Thursday rewrote a sentence to clarify a ruling that had
suggested Timothy McVeigh received help from paramilitary militias in the
Oklahoma City bombing and that the government had an informant in the
bombing conspiracy. The judge rewrote the sentence to eliminate the word
"fact" and substitute: "The plaintiff claims that this document indicates
that there was an undercover operative in with Timothy McVeigh and members
of the various militia groups who aided and supported McVeigh."

The US Securities and Exchange Commission is conducting a formal
investigation into whether Halliburton made improper payments to government
officials in Nigeria in connection with the construction and expansion by
TSKJ of a natural gas liquefaction complex and facilities at Bonny Island in
Rivers State, Nigeria. And last but not least, on August 7, 2006, the
Financial Times of London reported that KBR, a subsidiary of Halliburton, is
being investigated by Britain's Serious Fraud Office over the company's role
in an alleged plot to pay more than $170 million in bribes to win $7 billion
worth of contracts at a Nigerian oil plant.
For part of the period under investigation, the newspaper reported,
Halliburton was headed by Vice President Dick Cheney.

This is really what this election is all about. The government lied us into
a war. There is no way the American people would return liars to power who
have spent so much of our money and our blood on a deception. If this
election does not remake the Congress, then the election is rigged; just
another lie in a long series of lies we have lived under. - M. R.
Is Osama bin Laden going to weigh in on the midterm elections? A senior
counterterrorism official, anonymous, like other officials NEWSWEEK spoke
to, because the subject is sensitive, says that based on previous
patterns—such as the release of a rare bin Laden tape just before the 2004
presidential vote—a message before Election Day wouldn't be surprising.

A reported anti-Semitic hate crime at the University of New Hampshire
earlier this month never happened and the student who reported it has been
arrested and charged with lying to authorities, police said yesterday.
Wilfredo Borraz, police chief for the Baruta section of Caracas, told
reporters that one of the explosives was found outside the school and one
inside a planter about 50 meters (yards) from the embassy entrance.
He said both were in black plastic bags and contained "small fliers with
publicity alluding to Hizbullah" - the Lebanese guerrilla group.

Here’s what little we know: Late Friday, a crazy six-alarm fire gutted the
three-story Building 54, where the 902nd Military Intelligence Group did its
special work. That work included infiltrating a group of Quaker pacifists,
running allegedly-banned Total Information Awareness and TALON surveillance
monstrosities that DARPA was forced to hide somewhere else, and conducting
“counterintelligence activities in support of Army commanders and to protect
Army forces, secrets and technologies by detecting, identifying,
neutralizing and exploiting foreign intelligence services and international
terrorist threats.”

In other words, as oft reported here (and here and here), much of that money
has simply disappeared – into corporate coffers, into copious baksheesh for
the Bush-backed Iraqi government, into kickbacks for Congressional vultures,
and doubtless into slush funds both for covert ops (including perhaps the
Bushists' deliberate fomenting of terrorism and arming of militias) and
domestic politics. We are most likely seeing the fruits of some of this
blood money wash up on American screens at this very moment, as the GOP's
last-ditch "Smear and Fear" campaign goes into hyperdrive.

In 1913 America was a free country. Then a band of powerful bankers achieved
their fathers' and great grandfathers' goal. America has never been the
same. Soon the world will not be the same.
Even with the blatant attempt to design a poll that would result in people
saying no to impeachment, the poll actually reveals that more than twice the
amount of people favor impeachment and if you correctly add the "maybes" to
the "yes" column, you have more than 10,000 votes for impeachment.
The FBI is having a Zack attack.
The hard fact is that while the FBI made life for Dr. Stephen Hill a
living hell, they had but ignored a real suspect, a
man actually caught entering the storage area where the strain of Anthrax
used in the letters was kept, without proper authorization AFTER being fired
from his job for a racially-motivated attack on an Egyptian co-worker.
But the FBI, following the advice of Dr. Barbara Rosenberg, focused
totally on Dr. Hill while ignoring Dr. Zack, which either means the FBI is
part of the cover-up of the real source of the anthrax letters, or is still
as stupid as they were when they had but ignored the complete plans for the
Japanese strike at Pearl Harbor months before the actual attack. (Source:
Pearl Harbor: The Verdict Of History by Gordon Prange, appendix 7 published
in 1986. Based on records from the JOINT CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEE on the
Investigation of the Pearl Harbor Attack, Nov 15, 1945 to May 31, 1946.)

On the heels of George W. Bush signing the torture bill into law this week,
Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Ken Mehlman has sent an e-mail
to GOP supporters calling this debasement of our national creed "an
important reminder of what we can accomplish when the president and Congress
work together for the safety of America."
We expect a charlatan like Mehlman to depict the rubber-stamp, GOP
Congress bowing to Bush's every whim as an example of how they "work
together" -- no harm, no foul. That's his job.
Mr. Mehlmen seems to confuse worrying about the civil rights of terrorists
with worrying about the civil rights of anyone merely accused of being a
terrorist. With the abysmally high record of false arrests coupled with the
abysmally low record of actual terrorists found, Mr. Mehlman should be just
as concerned with the civil rights of the accused as anyone else.
Yet Mr. Mehlman clearly seems to feel that terrorism is such a serious
charge that even innocence should never be allowed as a defense! Thus, civil
rights designed to prevent false imprisonment and torture are an
inconvenience that must be dispensed with. - M. R.

"The FBI has completely shut Congress out of its now five-year investigation
into anthrax attacks on Capitol Hill and around the nation, with accusations

biochemical attacks in U.S. history," Paul Kane writes.
Of course the FBI has shut the Congress out. If the Congress knew the facts
that we all know, they would understand that the FBI has had
a real suspect all along.
Congress would then ask the question all America has been asking; why did
the FBI focus on Stephen Hatfill, for whom no evidence existed of guilt,
while pointedly avoiding Dr. Philip Zack, who was actually caught entering
the storage area where the Anthrax used in the letters was kept, without
authorization and after being fired from his job over a racially-motivated

one in September.
This is a hoax.

initiated an all-out propaganda campaign to persuade the American people
that Saddam Hussein was really the villain behind the 9/11 attacks, not the

BLOODY PAST BUSH’S SECRET ADVISOR HAS BLOODY PAST
As more U.S. soldiers die in Iraq, and President Bush tells Americans he
will “stay the course” even if his only supporters are his wife and their
dog, Barney, reports have come out that Bush is getting advice from a man
who knows all about failure. If Kissinger’s past teaches anything about
his “new world order” it is that he will get into bed with dictators and the
cost of his policies in human lives lost will not mean too much to his
sensibilities. A brief examination of his days as national security advisor
and secretary of state under Nixon and Ford, confirm his taste for dirty,
clandestine wars, as well as an ability to hide the truth from Congress and
the American people.

Seems like members of the Family Research Council, that bastion of
"Christian purity" and "family values" knew Mark Foley had a habit of
chasing after young boys.
And not one of them said a word until after the scandal broke.
Despite past objections about multiple requests for defense funds and
inadequate justification for parts of the spending request, the defense bill
that Congress approved Friday is no different. Either the clamor has not
been loud enough or the American public hasn’t quite reckoned with the full
consequences of fragmented and poorly justified defense spending not only
for the fiscal health of the country, but also the vitality of the forces.
As Comptroller General David Walker testified in July, “neither DOD nor
Congress knows how much the war on terror is costing or how appropriated
funds are being used.” The Defense Department has ignored two successive
pieces of legislation seeking detailed reporting on how the emergency funds
have actually been spent. In effect, there is only a minimal effort to
scrutinize budget request in advance, or spending, after the fact, for a
quarter of the Pentagon’s resources.

The danger for prosecutors is that the sheer volume and sensitivity of the
classified information Libby wants to introduce could scuttle the trial.
Once the judge identifies classified information Libby is entitled to
present, U.S. intelligence agencies must rule on whether the secrets can be
declassified. The trial would collapse if the intelligence agencies refuse
to declassify the information.

Now, the lawyer for the former page in question, 21-year-old Jordan Edmund,

IDEFENSE is a web security company that monitors intelligence from the

It is also heavily populated with long serving ex military intelligence

During the past decade, local governments across the U.S. have issued more
than 70 of these phantom bonds -- at least $7 billion of them. That's enough
money to pay the salaries of 150,000 teachers in the U.S. for one year,
based on an average pay of $46,597. Proceeds from the tax-exempt bond sales
are supposed to be used to improve homes for the poor or upgrade health care
for the elderly or supply computers to inner-city schools.
Taxpayers never get most of those benefits; the winners are the banks,
insurance companies and financial advisers that get paid millions of dollars
for crafting these transactions and then profit by using bond proceeds for
their own investment gains.

Nixon learned the hard way that it isn't the crime that gets you, it's the

Revelations that the US government had been in possession of footage
released on Sunday depicting alleged Al-Qaeda hijackers and Osama Bin Laden
since 2001 and evidence that the footage itself was filmed by security
agencies, went unquestioned by the media - who blindly towed the official
line that the tape was released by Al-Qaeda. This is smoking gun proof that
the U.S. government is staging the release of alleged Al-Qaeda tapes and it
demands an immediate Congressional investigation.
Portions of the tape are admitted to have been made by "a security agency",
while others are clipped from a UK documentary. Despite claims that

“sources”, underline why “we” must accept a “trade-off” between civil
liberties and “security”, the editorials assure an apprehensive populace.
Months or even years later, however, news that many of the “plots” never
actually existed is buried behind the latest sex scandal or exploitative
“expose” — if reported at all.
Musharraf claims that Omar Saeed Sheikh was a British intelligence agent. Of
course, Musharraf would say something like that, as it takes the heat off
his own country for some of the things that Omar Sheikh has allegedly done,
all supposedly on behalf of Pakistani military intelligence. On the other
hand, Musharraf’s story fits.

Hastert's letter is written in such a way as to exempt Hastert and the GOP
leadership from the Justice Dept. investigation he's requesting. Instead,
the investigation is intended to focus on outside parties - outside of
Congress - be they non-profit groups like CREW, journalists, bloggers, and
even potential victims and their relatives who knew of the communications
but didn't contact the authorities. I.e., Hastert wants Justice to
investigate the very people who broke the story and thus got the GOP in
trouble.
Dennis Hastert, the Republican speaker of the House of Representatives,
yesterday condemned Mr Foley's actions as "abhorrent" and "an obscene breach
of trust", adding: "His immediate resignation must now be followed by the
full weight of the criminal justice system."
But it has emerged that Mr Hastert was told about some of the e-mails
months ago by congressman Thomas Reynolds, chairman of the Republican
national congressional committee, who failed to pursue the matter.

There was a vast difference between what the White House and the Pentagon
knew about the situation in Iraq and what they were saying publicly. But the
discrepancy was not surprising. In memos, reports and internal debates,
high-level officials of the Bush administration have voiced their concern
about the United States' ability to bring peace and stability to Iraq since
early in the occupation.
In other words, they have been lying all along. - M. R.

"Iraqi citizens have reported our U.S. Troops & Coalition Forces will be the
intended target of a major chemical/biological attack in the "Green Zone" 10
- 14 days from the November, 2006 U.S. Elections."
Note that the source makes the link between this supposed attack and the
election. Now, who would GAIN from a WMD attack on the Green Zone? Certainly
Bush and the GOP (and don't forget that Karl Rove promised the GOP an
"October Surprise" to help them win in November just a week ago).
A WMD attack on our kids would get the families of those soldiers angry,
and could be pointed to as "proof" that Iraq really DID have WMDs all along,
and gee weren't we all wrong about George Bush calling hum a liar about
Iraq's nookular bombs, and all that?
Qui bono? THAT is who is really behind this threat of an attack. - M. R.

U.S. intelligence sources, speaking on conditions of strict anonymity, have
told WMR that the cover status of Brewster Jennings & Associates, the
counter-proliferation front company that Valerie Plame Wilson and her CIA
counter-proliferation non-official cover (NOC) colleagues used as a front
for their operations, was blown in two phone calls placed in June 2001 to
two foreign intelligence agents in Washington, DC by then-Undersecretary of
State for Political Affairs Marc Grossman. The calls were intercepted by the
FBI, which had targeted the communications of Grossman and the two foreign
intelligence agents as part of a counter-intelligence investigation,
according to the sources. - M. R.
It's been five years since anthrax killed innocents and fueled America's
paranoia. But the FBI keeps dragging its feet on the case.
Can we finally waterboard (It's legal now) the obvious suspect? - M. R.
A New Jersey congressman said Wednesday it should have taken the FBI days,
not years, to determine the anthrax used in 2001 that killed five people was
much less sophisticated than believed.
"Sheikh Osama is all right. He is safe," Dadullah told ABC News' Rahimullah
Yusufzai. Dadullah would not disclose the location from where he was
calling.
When pressed for evidence to show that bin Laden is alive, Dadullah
hinted that there is a possibility of a tape being sent to media
organizations to prove that the al Qaeda head isn't dead. Dadullah, however,
declined to say as to when this tape would be made available.

The purity, fineness and potency of the anthrax -- particularly that mailed
to Sens. Tom Daschle, D-South Dakota, and Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont -- makes
it highly unlikely that the sender of the letters made and treated the
spores in a makeshift setting, according to officials involved in the
massive investigation.
What evidence there is in this case points to a US Government scientist,
Dr. Philip Zack, as the man who stole the Anthrax used in the letters.
The anthrax used in the letters is a genetic match to the strain used in the
Fort Detrick Laboratory, and Dr. Zack was caught on security equipment
entering that lab late one night without proper authorization AFTER being
fired from his job over a racially-motivated attack on an Egyptian
co-worker.
Clearly, there is a case against Dr. Zack. But, spurred on by Dr. Barbara
Rosenberg, the FBI kept its focus solely on Dr. Stephen Hatfill, against
whom absolutely NO evidence of involvement ever existed.
So here we are, 5 years later, and the FBI is now trying to claim that,
well, all the prior evidence is wrong, the anthrax did not come from a US
Government lab, and therefore there are no leads to follow any more.

Five years after the anthrax attacks that killed five people, the FBI is now

contained nothing that conclusively links the case to any specific source,
widening the pool of possible suspects in a frustratingly slow
investigation.

This is just more "Booga booga" to scare the weak-minded into supporting an
unprovoked attack on Iran. How do we know? Common sense (uncommon enough in
the US these days). Why would Tehran do such a thing?
Even if Iran had one or two nuclear weapons (which nobody has found any
evidence of), why would they attack the US? The US would retaliate with
hundreds of warheads. Iran knows this.
Iran is trying to avoid war by all means short of surrendering her right
(under a treaty signed with the United States) to build power stations and
make fuel rods for them. In contrast, the US is searching for any excuse to
invade Iran and no doubt would do so even if Iran were to suspend nuclear
enrichment.
So, Que Bono, who GAINS if there is a nuclear terror strike inside the
US? Who gets what they want?
Who WANTS the US to wage war against Iran? Who is really behind
"Al Qaeda"? - M. R.
In early 2001, while the American public was distracted by the Gary Condit
scandal, The US Government was already informing other governments of plans
to invade Afghanistan in October following the collapse of negotiations over
a pipline right-of-way. Of course, the American people would have never
supported an invasion over a pipeline right-of-way. So, 9-11 happened,
EXACTLY when the US Government needed the American people to be angry enough
to invade a foreign nation.
EXACTLY, when the US Government needed it.
EXACTLY. - M. R.

It can now be reported that Bushfraud threatened to bomb Pakistan just one
week ago when Musharraf threatened to tell the world that Bin Laden has been
dead for three years.
This morning the Hartford Courant reports that an FBI microbiologist says
whoever mailed that anthrax to Lundgren did not need sophisticated equipment
or intimate knowledge to produce it.
"Oh, juyst about ANYONE could have whipped the stuff up in their kitchen,
sooooooooooo no need to look at Fort Detrick and their ex-staffers. Honest.
Really. No fooling."
(Ahem).
What pointed the finger at Fort Detrick as the source of the Anthrax
spores used in the letters was not just the high degree of "weaponization"
of the spores, but DNA tests which showed the anthrax in the letters to be
the exact same strain used at Fort Detrich. Even if one buys this lathetic
attempt to blur the issue, and believes in a kitchen-sink bioweapons lab,
the fact remains that the original source spores still had to come from Fort
Detrick. - M. R.

In their minds, this was some sort of clerical error -- and the sooner
everyone forgot about it, the better. The FCC could go back to its

privileges to massive media and communication firms in relative anonymity.
A website which purports to disprove claims that there was government
complicity in 9/11 and that the twin towers and Building 7 were demolished
with explosives is riddled with errors, middle school grammar and arguments
that both defy common sense and contradict one another.

A group claiming to be al-Qaeda yesterday announced it was behind the
assassination last week of a senior Palestinian security official, accusing
the officer of "collaborating" with the "Zionists" and the United States.
The group, calling itself Al-Qaeda in Palestine, warned of more killings.
It said its next attack in the region would be "more destructive" and would
use "trucks full of explosives."
The author of this article, Eric Rosenberg, seems to live in a vacuum.
Take a moment to Email the San

without proper authorization, and AFTER being fired from his job over a
racially-motivated attack on an Egyptian co-worker.

Lieutenant-Colonel (ret.) Nigel Wylde, a former senior British Army

about the "terror plot" revealed on 10th August was part of a "pattern of
lies and deceit."
Trust me, George Bush says, perched on the remains of Geneva Conventions,
the Constitution and habeas corpus. From this moral high ground, the
United States is assuring the world that a new facility for researching a
horror shop of weaponized infectious diseases will be used purely for
defensive purposes. The National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures
Center’s (NBACC) $128 million, 160,000-square-foot facility is under
construction at Fort Detrick, Md. There, the United States has already
weaponized more than a dozen diseases—including anthrax, plague, botulism
and ebola—and bioengineered war-friendly “improvements.” Scientists are also
using DNA-synthesizing techniques to fabricate genetically altered or
man-made viruses, and to study the feasibility of creating germ weapons

It was easy to find Iraqi reporters who would write U.S. military-friendly
op-ed pieces for a little extra cash. But hiring those who would go to the
dangerous Anbar province was altogether a different matter. The reporters,
cameramen, and sound operators we spoke with all said the same thing: they
would work in Ramadi and Fallujah as part of a Rapid Response Cell only if
they were embedded with U.S. troops. But because the whole point was that
they were to report news that at least appeared to be independent of the
military, this was impossible. We even explored whether we could embed our
reporters with Iraqi troops there. But this also proved to be untenable.

Actually, Cuban government officials have been arguing for decades that
Montaner is far from a liberal paladin of human rights and democracy. They
say that he's very close to known international terrorists such as Luis

In a recent speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, US Defense Secretary
Donald Rumsfeld declared, "The enemy is so much better at communicating. I
wish we were better at countering that, because the constant drumbeat of
things they say - all of which are not true - is harmful."
The problem with Rumsfeld's assessment about coverage of Iraq and
Afghanistan is that no matter how much one attempts to polish a turd (as in
wars based on lies and deceptions), one is ultimately left, at the end of
the day, with...a turd. - M. R.
Interior Department officials realized in 2000 that their offshore lease
agreements with oil companies shortchanged American taxpayers, but they
covered up their multibillion-dollar mistake for six years, an investigator
said Wednesday. After combing through 11,000 e-mail messages and
interviewing 29 current and former Interior Department employees, federal
investigators still aren't ready to say who they think told a staffer to
omit contract language that would have forced oil companies operating in the
deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico to pay billions of dollars in royalty
payments as energy prices rose.
So this is how the Interior Department takes care of oil companies, which is
not to be confused with watching out for the interests of American

If you want to make a man your enemy or even get him to hate you, just try
and tell him the truth about a politician, his political party, his church
or about Israel. I don’t’ have the exact quote handy, but a famous writer
once said, the men the people most admire are the greatest liars, while the
men they most hate are those who try and tell them the truth. Those of us in
the truth movement are hated by those we are trying to educate. This writer
has made enemies of his own relations; in both the political and religious

With more than half of all Americans now doubting the official story of
9-11, a new 9-11 is risky, to say the least. But even those who accept a new
fake terror attack at face value will likely see it as a complete failure of
all the enhanced security we have had to endure over the last 5 years. All
the peeking into our personal lives, the warrantless taps on our phones, the
loss of medical privacy, the groping of our wives and daughters at the
airports, the forced unlocking of luggage followed by the inevitable
epidemic of looting, the "black bag" searches of our homes without our
knowledge and permission, together with all the headline-making arrests that
turned out to be little more than flimsy excuses to generate headlines, will
be seen as totally ineffective, a waste of money, and an affront to the
Constitution. - M. R.
When Justice Department attorneys urge courts not to release national
security information provided by a foreign government under a Freedom of
Information Act suit, they argue that the courts should defer to the experts
in the Department of Homeland Security and the White House.
But what if
such intelligence isn't about today's terrorist threats? What if it's about
the antiwar activities of a British rock star during the Vietnam War?
That's precisely what's at issue in a Freedom of Information Act suit

secrecy, which it justifies with appeals to national security.

trailer.
Long time readers know I am

Phony left-right backbiting deliberately overshadows 9/11 truth
This video is really old (the reference to $20 billion in interest that

A new videotape by al Qaeda's second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, has
surfaced on the Web with an appearance by a Californian-turned-al Qaeda
member wanted by the FBI, according to a counterterrorism expert.
Folks, this is a HOAX, with a capital "H".
Adam Gadahn's real name is Adam Pearlman. Even the FBI's wanted poster
for him lists Adam Pearlman as one of the names he goes by. Adam's
grandfather was on the board of directors for the ADL.

On June 22, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales held a news conference to
announce the destruction of a terror cell, hailing "our commitment to
preventing terrorism through energetic law enforcement efforts aimed at
detecting and thwarting terrorist acts."
But court records released since then suggest that what Gonzales called a
"deadly plot" was virtually the pipe dream of a few disgruntled men with
almost no ability to pull it off. The suspects have raised questions in
court about the FBI informers' role in keeping the plan alive.

There is something sad about a grown man playing children's make-believe war
games in a tree house in grandpa's back yard - which is how President George
W. Bush came across Thursday night in his speech on the importance of
winning the war in Iraq in the global battle against terrorism. Rarely does
a leader of a great country like the United States malign history, his
people's intelligence and the dignity of over a billion Muslims in one
speech, but Bush did that Thursday night and will probably keep doing it for
a while.
As this article admits, traces of highly enriched uranium are commonly found
on used equipment. What this article does NOT mention is the traces of
highly enriched uranium found on Iraqi equipment that was thought to have
been planted by US "inspectors". When the IAEA requested the US to turn over
the samples known to be in their possession for comparison, the US quickly
destroyed those samples. - M. R.
Gadahn has become a cause célèbre for the American right, a made-to-order
American traitor from central casting. What if he really was manufactured?
His confused background, with a detour through heavy metal, his moving in
with his grandparents (grandfather on the ADL board), his rare internet
essay anachronistically written from a Zionist perspective and not the
perspective of the American government in 1995 (as if the Zionists had
already written the post-September 11 script), his immediate ‘conversion’ to
Islam and association with ‘radical’ Muslims – it’s all just a bit too
contrived. We have seen other examples of how Israel has infiltrated
Islamist organizations (most recently in Lebanon). Have the Zionists
infiltrated al Qaeda at its highest levels? Or is it more accurate to look
at al Qaeda as a ‘false flag’ Zionist organization?

Funny thing about the murderously failed plan for the evacuation of New

and sank in the flood. Whatever: no one can find it.
That's real bad. Here's the key thing about a successful emergency

houses and in hospitals and in the hands of every first responder. Secret
evacuation plans don't work.

1993 World Trade Center bombing evidence suppressed by chief federal prosecutors
in case -- Patrick J. Fitzgerald and Michael Chertoff.
U.S. federal prosecutors suppressed critical evidence in trial of 1993 World
Trade Center bombers. According to U.S. intelligence sources, the FBI and
Justice Department sat on volumes of translations of Arabic telephone
intercepts gathered before the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center from
U.S.- and Sudan-based Muslim militants who once worked for U.S. intelligence
in the mujaheddin war against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. The critical
intelligence, which demonstrated a link between the CIA and "Afghan Arab"
muhajeddin forces, including those loyal to Osama bin Laden, was never
introduced into the trial of the Brooklyn- and Jersey City-based based cell
that included the blind Egyptian cleric Shaikh Omar Abdul Rahman, Ramzi
Yousef, and Eyad Ismail.
Is this a hit piece on Gary Webb?
The first statement was the Gary Webb was a "victim of his own hyperbole,
but he never got credit for what he got right."
Well, this piece seems to spend a lot of time telling us "there's no
denying...flaws of hyperbole..." but it never gets around to enumerating all
of the stuff "he got right."
Also, twice it tells us he "committed suicide" without mentioning the
questionable circumstances of two gunshot wounds to the head. He even tells
us exactly why Webb would have decided to kill himself, with his life
falling apart.
It seems this piece is trying to say nice things, but concentrates on
delivering more veiled attacks. A fist wrapped in velvet. - M. R.

Scientists at the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory studying the assassination
of President John F. Kennedy have done what many thought impossible -- their
research suggests that the single-bullet theory is even less credible than
it seems.
Clearly the decision to cook up the phony bomb plot was not motivated by
economic interests, but domestic political reasons. The Blair
administration, already highly unpopular for supporting Bush’s wars in Iraq
and Afghanistan, was under attack for his unconditional support for Israel’s
invasion of Lebanon, his refusal to call for an immediate ceasefire and his
unstinting support for Bush’s servility to US Zionist lobbies. Even within
the Labor party over a hundred backbenchers were speaking out against his
policies, while even junior cabinet ministers such as Prescott stated that
Boss Bush’s foreign policy smelled of the barnyard. Bush was not yet
cornered by his colleagues in the same way as Blair, but unpopularity was
threatening to lead his Republican party to congressional defeat and
possible loss of a majority of seats.
Look for the US and UK governments to ramp up the "threat-con" between now

unquestioning. - M. R.
In an ironic twist, legislation that would open up the murky world of

legislation introduced by Sens. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and Barack Obama,
D-Ill., that would create a searchable database of government contracts,
grants, insurance, loans and financial assistance, worth $2.5 trillion last
year. The database would bring transparency to federal spending and be as
simple to use as conducting a Google search.

Another big "BANG" is not going to be seen as a rallying cry for a new

draconian laws, and the loss of our civil liberties and privacy. The public

much as it protected the US Government from the wrath of the American

Despite Israel in the recent conflict pushing it right up to the edge
militarily against Lebanon in order to provoke Syria into taking a more
direct part in supporting its client Hizbollah which, in turn, would give
Israel an excuse to attack Syria, the Syrians stood their ground and
resisted the temptation to be drawn into the fighting. And, because Syria
resisted getting into a fight with Israel, this meant that Iran would not be
drawn in to support its ally Syria, which, yet again in turn, meant that the
US would not have a legitimate excuse to come in to the fray to support
their client, Israel, the end result being that Plan ‘A’, to start an

Muslims were planning to blow up a bunch of jetliners enroute from London to
America - or so say George Bush and Tony Blair.
Muslims without tickets.
Muslims without passports.
Muslims without bombs.
Muslims without a clue ... and they aren't the only ones, it turns out.
Without a clue, that is.
The story of the British liquid-bombers is quickly falling apart, not that
the Times or the Post is taking any notice.
It is a week since news broke in London about an alleged plot to blow up
nine commercial jetliners and there are emerging indicators that Bush and
Blair exaggerated the truth about the actual readiness of the so-called
plot. And yes, I mean so-called plot. Why would Bush and Blair hype a
terrorist threat? A very simple answer. The White House was on notice that
Seymour Hersh's story that the Bush Administration encouraged Israel to
invade Lebanon as part of a broader scheme to set the stage for war with
Iran. Tony Blair, Bush's enabler, went along with the ruse.
The newly unearthed papers show the real Seal as far more impressive and
well-connected than the character played by Dennis Hopper in a made-for-TV
movie some years ago, loosely based on the smuggler's life. The film
portrayed the pudgy pilot as a hapless victim, caught in a cross fire
between bungling but benign government agencies and Latin drug lords. The
truth sprinkled through the documents is a richer - and altogether more
sinister - matter of national and individual corruption. It is a tale of
massive, socially devastating crime, of what seems to have been an official
cover-up to match, and, not least, of the strange reluctance of so- called
mainstream American journalism to come to grips with the phenomenon and its
ominous implications - even when the documentary evidence had appeared.

Police searching woods for clues in an alleged plot to bomb trans-Atlantic

The BBC quoted an anonymous police source as saying a suitcase holding
“everything you would need to make an improvised device” had been uncovered

wood is near the home of one of two dozen suspects arrested Aug. 10 in

From our Paris and especially, our London bureaus, we know for a fact that
all of this was concocted by the British MI-6 with the grateful

The characters and behavior of the few known liquid bomb suspects are

...In all of this, the one thing of which I am certain is that the timing is
deeply political. This is more propaganda than plot. Of the over one

twelve per cent are ever charged with anything. That is simply harrassment

There are strong reasons to believe that Muslims are not responsible for the

move that prompted Murdoch, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and George W.
Bush to stage a phony terror threat -- namely, the attempted political coup
against Blair by members of his own Cabinet and Labor Party -- was based on
a Murdoch-approved illegal wiretap by his London-based News of the World
royals editor that hacked into the voice and text cell phone messages of
three members of Prince Charles' staff.
NBC News reported that US and British authorities had a significant
disagreement over when to move in on the suspects in the alleged plot to
bring down trans-Atlantic airliners bound for the United States.
A British
official said the uk police were planning to continue to run surveillance
for at least another week to try to obtain more evidence, while American
officials pressured them to arrest the suspects sooner.
In contrast to previous reports, the official suggested an attack was not
imminent, saying the suspects had not yet purchased any airline tickets. In
fact, some did not even have passports.
One has to wonder if this was just a distraction to take American eyes away
from the agony of Israel's invasion of Lebanon. And think about that last
sentence very carefully. When you are travelling to any foreign country, how
do you get on a plane without a passport? - M. R.
n May, a public interest group conducted indoor air testing in FEMA-issued
trailers in Louisiana and Mississippi to investigate reports from Katrina
evacuees experiencing a variety of respiratory problems associated with
formaldehyde exposure.[1] These tests revealed that 94 percent of the
trailers tested had indoor levels of formaldehyde in excess of levels that
the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Consumer Products Safety
Commission (CPSC) have identified as triggering adverse health effects in
humans.[2] While the EPA and CPSC guidelines identify adverse health impacts
at 0.1 ppm, several trailers exhibited formaldehyde levels more than three
times above that level. Formaldehyde exposure, even at low levels, can
trigger coughing, wheezing, and other respiratory ailments, while continuous
exposure to the gas can trigger attacks in asthma sufferers. [3] In
addition, the International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies
formaldehyde as a known human carcinogen.[4]
Could this possibly have been the dirty secret that caused FEMA officials to
decree that every reporter who interviewed a Katrina survivor had to have a
FEMA representative on hand when the interview took place?
FEMA has since
relented on this practice, but these people have had insult heaped upon
injury in terms of injury in terms of potential illness, brought about by
living in these trailers. - M. R.
There is zero confirmation for this report, and in any event, it makes no
sense. Why would Syria wreck the UN ceasefire at a time when Israel has
suffered a huge public relations defeat? Why would Syria give Israel and the
US the excuse to do what they wanted to do all along; expand the war to the
east? - M. R.
Revelations concerning the origins and connections of the alleged liquid
bomb terror plot to Pakistan and the 7/7 bombings in London provide a strong
indication that the operation, known for months yet deliberately timed for
public release, was a synthetic ruse concocted by the Bush/Blair cabal to
re-package the flagging war on terror.

The team carefully examined the entire Treblinka II site, especially the
alleged "mass graves" portion, and carried out control examinations of the
surrounding area. They found no soil disturbance consistent with the burial
of hundreds of thousands of bodies, or even evidence that the ground had
ever been disturbed. In addition, Krege and his team found no evidence of
individual graves, bone remains, human ashes, or wood ashes.
To go into more detail, normal soil is deposited by natural forces in
discreet and easily seen layers, called "strata". You can see this obvious
layering in road cuts. This layering is also easily seen on ground
penetrating radar.
excavations of any kind, whether for the foundations of a building,
tunneling, canals, or mass graves, erases this layered pattern. In order to
detect mass graves, one need not actually find human remains. All one needs
to do is scan the area and see where the layered pattern stops. That zone,
the region where the strata has been removed and then dumped back in all
mixed up, shows where massive digging took place.
No such zones were found. None. The underground layers continue
undisturbed right through the areas where it is claimed that mass graves
existed. - M. R.
Governments have always invented threats in order to pursue aggression and
make their people sacrifice their lives, wealth and freedom.
If you believe Israel and the West are under attack by Islamic extremism,
you are being fooled. There is growing evidence that Israel was involved in
the 9-11 attack and is plotting new terror scares to keep the GOP in power.
The Government issued a stern warning to the media not to put the probe into
the alleged terror plot at risk by publishing information about suspects.
n a joint statement, Home Secretary John Reid and Attorney General Lord
Goldsmith called for "considerable restraint" to avoid prejudicing any
future trials.
You have to wonder why the British governemnt is so nervous about this. What
might the British press find and publish that might absolutely tear the
government's story to shreds? - M. R.

There is something massively wrong with Herbert Reed, though no one is sure
what it is. He believes he knows the cause, but he cannot convince anyone
caring for him that the military's new favorite weapon has made him
terrifyingly sick.Reed believes depleted uranium has contaminated him and
his life. He now walks point in a vitriolic war over the Pentagon's arsenal
of it -- thousands of shells and hundreds of tanks coated with the metal
that is radioactive, chemically toxic, and nearly twice as dense as lead.
The Pentagon doesn't want to face the fact that depleted uranium kills with
equal opportunity. That means that when our troops get exposed, they
sicken and die just as the Iraqis have. - M. R.
According to knowledgeable sources in the UK and other countries, the Tony
Blair government, under siege by a Labor Party revolt, cleverly cooked up a
new "terror" scare to avert the public's eyes away from Blair's increasing
political woes.
This week's cross-Atlantic terror alert has all the markings of an
orchestrated incident to maintain public support for the ongoing US-British
war on terror. White House spokesman Tony Snow admitted that President Bush
had not been awakened by the dramatic news of Britain's air traffic shutdown
because "Bush had been getting regular briefings on the developments for
days." If they knew so far in advance, why the dramatic shut-down of
trans-Atlantic air traffic inconveniencing thousands, as if they intervened
just in time?
Associated Press reports that the dastardly new terror plot is a re-hash of
Operation Bojinka - a 1995 plot to blow up 10 Western airliners
simultaneously. What they don't report is that its ringleader - Ramzi
Youssef - was protected by the US government in 1992.
The immediate media narrative is that Bush is right, we need all the
eavesdropping and secret prisons, the war on terror is still on. Never
forget 9/11. The Repugs will leap on this and beat Democrats over the head
with it, and the Democrats will puff out their tiny little chests and say
they are all for court martials for civilians and email spying and
warrantless executive nuttiness, whatever it takes, let's all get behind
Bush. The timing is so exquisite, coming the day after Ned Lamont ate Joe
Lieberman's lunch at the primaries, one is tempted to blame Rove. But I
think this time the threat was genuine. Terrorists seem to have
pro-Republican timing, that's all.

According to knowledgeable sources in the UK and other countries, the Tony
Blair government, under siege by a Labor Party revolt, cleverly cooked up a
new "terror" scare to avert the public's eyes away from Blair's increasing
political woes. British law enforcement; neo-con and intelligence operatives
in the United States, Israel, and Britain; and Rupert Murdoch's global media
empire cooked up the terrorist plot, liberally borrowing from the failed
1995 "Oplan Bojinka" plot by Pakistan- and Philippines-based terrorist Ramzi
Ahmad Yousef to crash 11 trans-Pacific airliners bound from Asia to the
United States.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, while thousands fled New Orleans, the
city's prisoners were trapped. Fresh eye-witness accounts reveal what really
happened to those left behind, and how crucial forensic evidence was simply
washed away.Months after the hurricane many were still suffering the
consequences of a system peculiar to Louisiana - that of funding public
defence lawyers partly from traffic violations revenue.
Sir, I'm going to have to take this bottle of water away from you since it
might be a liquid explosive, and I'm going to have to mix it with all of
these other bottles of possibly liquid explosive, and I'm going to have to
dump them all in this trash can... together. Nevermind that the plot
specifically mentions mixing chemicals and/or nitroglycerin... which
explodes if handled too roughly.

While the Bush Administration calls for the immediate disbanding of what it
has labeled "private" and "illegal" militias in Lebanon and Iraq, it is
pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into its own global private
mercenary army tasked with protecting US officials and institutions
overseas. The secretive program, which spans at least twenty-seven
countries, has been an incredible jackpot for one heavily
Republican-connected firm in particular: Blackwater USA. Government records
recently obtained by The Nation reveal that the Bush Administration has paid
Blackwater more than $320 million since June 2004 to provide "diplomatic
security" services globally
And please remember whose money is being spent on these mercenary services.

The British government has ordered a D-notice clampdown on details relating
to the ricin terror ring story which was exposed as being fake last week.
The LAST big "Terror alert" was a hoax. - M. R.
Today's red level terror alert in symbiosis with escalation of conflict in
the Middle East is the trial balloon for a massive staged false flag terror
attack, blamed on Hezbollah or Al-Qaeda, that will light the blue touch
paper for World War Three.
We don't take much at face value here in Washington, so it shouldn't be a
surprise that the Bush administration's warning of a possible terror attack
yesterday was greeted with skepticism in some quarters.
In the Bush era, the timing and quality of "arrests" and "warnings" have a
suspicious ring.
In the back of my mind I worry that this threat might be trumped up in order
to divert attention from the disastrous US and British policy (or lack of
policy) in Lebanon. More likely, we have an informant in the UK that
identified a potential plot that was in the dreaming stage but had not
progressed to actual implementation. Rather than act like security
professionals, the Brits are acting like panicked nannies. Very sad.
Given the collapse of the latest Israeli offensive into Lebanon, this new
publicity ploy threatens to take the world into general war -- if the
US-UK-Israeli aggressor bloc is able to pin this latest chimera on
Hezbollah, Syria, or Iran.
There is one detail about Al Qaeda's alleged chief of operations Khalid
Shaikh Mohammed that, while reported in the media, never receives the focus
it deserves: Mohammed is the uncle of Ramzi Yousef, the reported brains
behind the first 1993 terror bombing of the World Trade Center and who has
often been "linked" by some sources to the bombing of the Murrah Building in
Oklahoma City in 1995.
There has been widespread belief that Mohammed's nephew, Yousef, may have
been a secret asset of Israel's intelligence service, the Mossad. In
addition, it is a most uncomfortable fact that Yousef worked closely with a
reported Mossad asset, Ahmad Ajaj, in the first bombing of the World Trade
Center.
So, this is starting to unravel into another Mossad operation. - M. R.

Operation Bojinka - a 1995 plot to blow up 10 Western airliners

Now that we're in the homestretch of the November midterms race, as
expected, the terror alerts have begun.
Lieberman's statements from the beginning have made it clear that, in his
mind, any dissent from Bush's war policy constitutes a) "weakness on
national defense," b) is a clear sign that Democrats "lack national
security" credibility, and c) means that Dems "have yielded to the
extremists" (despite the fact that new polls reveal those "extremists" agree
with 60% of all Americans about the war).
Democrats are "extremist "and "weak on national security?" That's
straight out of the Rove playbook.
I don't get it. It takes many months of investigation to uncover this plot,
and only after the plot is thwarted and 18 arrested, do they radically
tighten up the carry-on baggage policy.
Note very carefully how this is written. They have already released four of
the "suspects". They claim to have found "interesting" items in the search
of the houses but don't say what those items were. And note how the
spokesman refuses to say when the plot was supposed to happen, only that the
arrests were moved up to last night.
This reads like a booga booga designed to help Tony Blair. - M. R.
Read this carefully. Despite the claim to have arrested the "main players",
this report is full of extreme vagueness. "It is thought", "they believed",

huge shipment of smuggled uranium 238, uncovered by customs officials in
Tanzania, was transported from the Lubumbashi mines in the Congo.
This is another "Yellow cake" deception, and here is why. Uranium coming out
of the mines is a mixture of many different isotopes. It cannot be called
Uranium 23X until after refinement. As a side note, Uranium 238 is the most
common form of uranium AND THE LEAST USABLE FOR NUCLEAR WEAPONS. Uranium 238
is often called "depleted uranium" because Uranium 238 is what is left over
after the Uranium 235 has been extracted. Therefore, if Iran is shipping
Uranium 238 from Africa, it is not for a weapons program. - M. R.

The type of missiles being fired by Hizbullah at Israeli cities cannot be
fired from within houses, mosques, hospitals or even UN facilities as has
been suggested by the IDF. Due to the massive "back-blast" caused by the
rocket launchers of these missiles, they can only be fired from open ground.
To fire them from within a building would result in the instant death of the
missile crew and probable destruction of the missile before launch. Most of
the missiles are truck-mounted and are fired - on open ground - from the
backs of flat-bedded trucks or larger four-wheel-drive vehicles.
The mystery is not that Hezbollah has sophisticated weapons produced by
Iran. The mystery is that this missile was marked in such a way as to make
it appear of British and/or American origin.
This week, the Pentagon announced that it would not renew one contract

Jean Seberg was one of a group of several prominent celebrities, among them
John Lennon, Jane Fonda and Vanessa Redgrave, who, in exercising their
democratic birthright to free speech found themselves incurring the wrath of
the United States authorities. Seberg, vocal in her support of the Black
Panther Party, who fought racial prejudice in the wake of the assassination
of Martin Luther King, was singled out for particular attention from
notorious FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, who considered her to be a threat to
the American apple pie way of life and everything. Seberg, being a movie
star and hence presumably wielding some supreme executive influence over
western cultural values, was deemed so sufficiant a danger to national
security (whatever that means), that on 23rd April 1970, Hoover issued
orders that she be "neutralised" under the FBI's aptly named Counter
Intelligence Programme (COINTELPRO).
In response to this order, the above request was made to Hoover by FBI
SAC Richard W. Held on 27th April 1970. Hoover granted permission for Held
to plant the story in the Los Angeles Times, from where it was syndicated
across the US. Many believe the subsequent backlash of the right-wing press
so traumatised Jean Seberg, who was seven months pregnant at the time, that
it significantly contributed to her miscarriage in May 1970. Although at the
time Seberg gave as good as she got, totally humilating the rumour mongers
when she presented the press with the body of her dead white child, no one
could be in any doubt that the episode took a toll on her emotional well
being. Eventually Jean Seberg paid with her life, and the world paid with
her loss.

It's the oldest trick in the book, dating back to Roman times; creating the
enemies you need.
Al-Qaeda's No. 2 leader warned in a new taped message Thursday the terrorist
group would not stand idly by while “these [Israeli] shells burn our
brothers” in Lebanon and Gaza.
Yeah. Right.
"Al Qaeda" (nudge nudge wink wink).
Okay, let's take a look.
2001 - Afghanistan invaded.
Reaction from the Taliban - attempt to repel invaders.
Reaction from "al Qaeda" - none.
2003 - Iraq invaded.
Reaction from Iraqi regime - try to repel invaders.
Reaction from "al Qaeda" - bomb the shit out of Iraq following the invasion.
2006 - Israel starts attacks on Palestinians on 25 June and starts
attacks on Lebanon on 13 July.
Reaction from Palestinians and Hezbollah - try to repel invaders.
Reaction from "al Qaeda" - none.
Let's take a look at the
supposed setup of "al Qaeda's sleeper cells": "The way these folks work,
they can go the logistics planning, to get the equipment they need and do
the surveillance. Al Qaeda-trained people do a tremendous amount of
surveillance to find the right targets, the right time of day or whatever.
But then, you can put all those plans and equipment on the shelf, and then
with one phone call, in as little as 24 hours, execute those plans."
Can you possibly tell me that these sleeper cells do not react to world
events?
It has taken over a month for "al Qaeda" to do anything about Israel's
offensives, and then all they've done is release a video. Have they lost all
of the phone numbers of their "sleeper cells"?
"al Qaeda" is bullshit.
Its actions (or lack of) on behalf of its "Muslim brothers" proves it.
The only time it makes an appearance is when it is convenient for Western
politicians.
If something goes "bang" in the near future it will do nothing but
distract the media from Israel's actions, and it would probably
justify the invasions of Syria and Iran.
Once again, "al Qaeda's" actions would do nothing but benefit Western
politicians.

If you believe this sad tale, I have a bridge to sell you.
Spanish citizen Hamed Abderrahaman Ahmed, imprisioned for 2 years in
Guantánamo by the USA, later released to Spain, then condemned to 6 years in
jail for its supposed membership to Alqaeda, has appealed to the Spanish
Supreme Court and won its complete freedom on grounds of lack of proof and
on the basis that Guantanamo is a legal limbo which gives no support to an
accusation of any kind. He plans to sue the USA Gov. for his illegal
detention and torture there.
Another frame-up collapses. - M. R.
The FBI paid almost $56,000 to two confidential informants who are key to
the case against seven men accused of being involved in a terrorist plot to
blow up the Sears Tower and other targets.
As other speakers have said, they knew the American people wouldn’t stand
for it, and they said so in their documents, and they said, unless there’s
that new Pearl Harbor. Well 9/11 did supply that. And we’ve been lied to not
only about the war, but about 9/11 itself.
The Pentagon is asking US soldiers in Iraq to stop posting private combat
videos on to the internet amid fears that they could be regarded as
anti-Arab.Many of the digital clips feature explosions, gunfire and even
dead bodies, with the images often set to a soundtrack of rock ballads, rap
or heavy metal music.
The Pentagon does not want the world - particularly in the US - to see the
war as their soldiers see it.During Hitler's reign, he allowed almost all
kinds of American and Western films and books to be seen by the German
public, as he thought such material demonstrated moral and cultural decay.
However, there was one film that was banned in Hitler's Germany, and that
was "Gone with the Wind", as it depicted war in all its graphic, ugly
brutality. - M. R.

It wasn't a coincidence that the Israeli Defense Minister announced the
possibility of an attack in the morning, and a faked attack occurred in the
afternoon.
Folks, you need to send these articles to everyone you know. The US
Mainstream Media (the same media that assured you there were nookular bombs
in Iraq) are pushing as hard as they can to blame the current wars on
Lebanon. But this is a lie. The Israeli soldiers were INSIDE Lebanon when
captured, which means Israel intentionally provoked this confrontation.
This is the most important fact regarding the current crisis, and
everyone needs to know about it before ABCNNBBCBS gets a lot more young

Cunningham's case puts a stark spotlight on the oversight of classified — or
"black" — budgets. Unlike legislation dealing with social and economic

That means it is up to members of Congress and select aides with security
clearances to ensure that legislation is appropriate.

Excepting the lame and the sick, then, anyone who declines to leave their
home despite Israeli orders to do so is, ipso facto, complicit with
terrorism and presumably fair game once the Israeli invasion gets under way.
After the black flag assassination of Rafik Hariri on February 14, 2005,
Bush blamed Syria, because Syria controlled Lebanon. Without one single
shred of evidence, Neo-conservative politicians and a compliant US media
accused Syria in the matter of Hariri's death. Whether Syria had done it or
not, Bush's Neo-conservatives wanted Damascus to pay a heavy price for
Hariri's murder. But according to IRNA (the Iranian state news agency) one
of Hariri's consultants, Mustafa al-Naser, stated that the "assassination of
Hariri is the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad's job, aimed at creating
political tension in Lebanon". An array of Arab Middle East analysts, as
well as the Lebanese government, point out that the blast was eerily similar
to previous Israeli-orchestrated bombings against former Palestinian
leaders.
Do you get it yet? Israel sent troops across the border into Lebanon. They
then claimed the captured invaders were "kidnap victims" and launched their
attacks.
Or is this story a plant in advance of a staged nuclear "false-flag" attack?

Second, any reports of an attack on a ship at sea go through that ships's

Daniel Ellsberg, speaking on air to GCN radio host Jack Blood, stated his
concerns that criminal elements of the US government were psychologically
capable to have carried out 9/11. He warned that within days after a US

of terror attack in the West to legitimize the new war.
Ellsberg went on

The time has come to seriously consider that the American people are being
tricked into a war. Such things are hardly new. Recently declassified
documents prove beyond al doubt that Pearl Harbor was not only NOT a
surprise, but was the desired result of an 8 step ONI plan written by Arthur
H. McCollum and implemented by Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in order to trick
the people of the United States into a war against Hitler, via the back door
of Japan. And according to Victor Ostrovsky, a former Mossad agent, the
bombing of Libya during the Reagan administration was the result of a trick
played by the Mossad in which a radio transmitter was smuggled into Tripoli
and used to create fake radio messages for the US to intercept. The motto of
the Mossad is, "By way of deception, thou shalt do war".
I do not dispute that rockets were fired - I only question whether, based on

Please stop for one minute and reflect on the following question: Who are
the true patriots:
Those who murder innocent Americans and falsely blame it on others and
who intentionally twist intelligence in order to deceive the people into
unnecessary wars?
or
Those who seek to expose such practices, and to prevent the spilling of
more innocent American blood?
This might be a good time to recall the USS Liberty incident, in which
Israel attacked the US ship using unmarked boats and planes. Had the ship
sunk without survivors (the Israelis machine-gunned life rafts when the crew
attempted to abandon ship), the plan was to frame Egypt for the sinking to
trick the US into the war on Israel's side.
So, to you "Limeys", I wish you good luck and make sure those British

How might the Israelis and their Bush-Cheney allies escalate to a Middle
East regional war? A linear scenario is that, after further bombardment of
Israel by rockets allegedly made in Iran and allegedly delivered with the
connivance of Syria, the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) lashes out at Damascus
and Teheran. Syrian and Iranian retaliatory measures would then be seized
upon by the Bush-Cheney regime as a pretext for US entry into the war. Here
the US would be openly dragged into war as the tail of the Israeli dog. But
this is a deeply flawed scenario, sure to generate huge waves of resentment
against the Israelis and their US partners as the body bags begin to come
home.
As Israeli firepower rained down on Lebanon last week, pundits here in the
West wasted no time pinning the blame on — Iran.
"Iran and its radical allies are pushing toward war," wrote Washington
Post columnist David Ignatius.
Is it really Iran that is pushing for war? Think about it. Why would Iran
want to provoke a war with Israel and the U.S. — both heavily armed nuclear
powers — when it has no nuclear weapons itself?
What the mainstream press fails to report is the direct connection between
the terrorist groups they name, and Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence
(ISI) -- a virtual branch of the American CIA. This in turn leads back to
the same (alleged “al-Qaeda”) apparatus also responsible for the Bush
administration’s 9/11 and other post-9/11 terror events.
If one of those Israeli "dipolmads" is speaking of "playing with fire" - he
should first watch at the matches of his own government that are constantly
trying to ignite more and more dynamite.

airframe at apparent supersonic speeds and landed about a half mile closer
to JFK airport than any other piece of wreckage. The Navy recovered it, but
it never made it to the reconstruction hangar.
When TWA 800 exploded, radar tracked an object departing the scene of the
disaster at supersonic speeds, traveling at right angles to the path of the

to the NTSB reconstruction hanger. Why? - M. R.

even using a small nuclear weapon, to be blamed on Iran - M. R.

The New York Times said on Friday it had received in its mailroom an
envelope containing white powder, raising fears of a possible recurrence of
anthrax-tainted letters sent to newsrooms and other offices in late 2001.
Rocco Galati, defence lawyer for one of the 12 men and five youth accused in
an alleged terrorist plot, said Friday that police didn't have a case
against the accused terrorists so they relied on an informant to “set
everything up.”
After years of Bush manure, who's naïve enough to believe any of the myriad
lies from the White House —
• that the Bush-Cheney administration had no advance warning of a terrorist
plot against America in the summer of 2001
• that nobody anticipated the breech of the levees in New Orleans
• that Saddam Hussein was connected to 9/11 (alternating with lies that
nobody ever said that)
• that Congressmen and Senators have access to the same intelligence the
White House sees
• that "the smoking gun could come in the form of a mushroom cloud"
• that Social Security is nearing a meltdown
• that anyone who leaks a CIA agent's identity would be fired from this
administration
• that "We do not engage in torture"
• that "Leave No Child Behind" has accomplished anything worthwhile
• that Bush-Cheney tax cuts helped anyone but the fabulously wealthy
• that the new prescription drug program helps seniors a fraction as much as
it helps the pharmaceutical companies
• that Don Rumsfeld is doing a fine job
• that the prisoners on Guantanamo aren't prisoners, or that they were
captured on the battlefield
• that the US has disrupted "at least ten" terrorist plots against America
• that seemingly every Muslim captured or killed is the number three man in
al Qaeda
• that warrantless monitoring of your every phone call, email, and bank
transaction has something to do with an alleged war on terror
• that reporting on Bush-Cheney lawbreaking imperils national security
• that the Clean Air Act cleans the air
• on and on and on
• lies and lies and more lies
• and then, more lies.

Lashkar-e-Tayyaba and Hezb-ul-Mujahedeen - said in separate statements that
they had nothing to do with the Mumbai bombings, or a series of grenade
attacks in Kashmir on Tuesday that killed eight people.
Now, stop and think for a moment. The whole point of terror is to make a
political statement. There is no purpose to an act of terror that does not
have such a statement made, and so far, nobody has made any such statement.
Terrorism is defined as “The unlawful use or threatened use of force or
violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with
the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often
for ideological or political reasons” [American Heritage Dictionary]. What
was the “ideological or political reason”?

The Bush Administration's whimpering reactions to provocations by North
Korea, to the alarming resurgence of the Taliban (who have essentially
trapped the British Expeditionary Force in the south in a loose but deadly
siege), to the horrific death spiral in the raging Iraqi civil war, to the
continuing imbroglio with Iran, etc., don't stem from some deliberate choice
of "letting diplomacy work" but are simply the result of the Bushists' own
blithering incompetence and utter cluelessness about how to actually govern
a country and conduct a coherent foreign policy.

Fateful, because this assertion turned out to have been based not on
mistaken intelligence, or wrongly interpreted data, but on an outright
fabrication: the now-infamous Niger uranium forgeries.

To their credit, top Pentagon officials cautioned journalists and the
public, since the Iraq war's early days, that the dissemination of
misinformation would be a vital weapon in their war strategy. Needless to
say, they have certainly held true to their word.
What the mainstream media – seemingly little alarmed by the administration's
clear intent to supply journalists with false information – is neglecting to
convey is the fact that misinformation is still the name of the game for the
U.S. government and its well-paid experts and media allies.
The US government said it could not find the men that Guantánamo detainee
Abdullah Mujahid believes could help set him free. The Guardian found them
in three days.

The bodies keep piling up, the toxic horrors spread. Hasn’t anyone in this
place ever heard of depleted uranium? Is the health crisis in Iraq and,
indeed, throughout the Middle East and Central Asia, not to mention Kosovo
and among returning vets for the last four American wars, somehow irrelevant
to "the course" we’re asked to stay?

That is why I jumped at my grandfather’s invitation to attend the annual
American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) policy conference in
Washington D.C., where I could join more than 1,000 students and 4,000
adults in discussing the future of Israel. I returned from the conference,
however, feeling manipulated, disturbed and disgusted with a great deal of
what I witnessed there.
I relinked this article from Liberty Forum because the Jewish Journal of Los
Angeles has removed this article from their website following its linking
from sites such as WRH.
The article paints a picture of the AIPAC conference in which attendees
are bombarded with the message that Israel is under imminent danger from all
fronts.
This raises the possibility of an entire nation suffering group paranoid
delusions, which manifest as self-fulfilling prophecies. Imagine an annoying
person always following you around, touching you, and demanding, "You don't
like me, do you? You don't like me. Right? You don't like me." After a
while, one gets tired of trying to prove the opposite, gives up, and shouts
in exasperation, "You're right. I don't like you, get away from me!", only
to have the annoying one scream, "Ah HA, I was RIGHT! You DON'T like me!" -

A noted terror expert has told the BBC that Mohammed Siddique Khan, the
alleged ringleader of the 7/7 London bombings, was working for British
intelligence agency MI5 as an informant at the time of the attacks.
Just when you thought the predictability of the latest triumph in the war on
terror couldn't get any more ludicrous - you're reminded that the Neo-Cons
like to keep the propaganda simple and straightforward, never deviating from
well-honed tactics.
The arrests came in the nick of time, since all that prevented mass murder,
mayhem and an incessant crawl at the bottom of our TV screens was the lack
of explosives, weapons or vehicles. The alleged conspirators did have boots,
which were supplied by an FBI informant.

Lattimore was an FBI provocateur and informant who, along with the Siddiqys
and Chafti helped and encourage McVeigh in OKC carry out the OKC bombing.
Lattimore’s 1993 WTC bombing associates, the Siddiqys and Chafti, were with
McVeigh in OKC moments before the OKC bombing. The witness to this, Debbie
Burdick, was threatened to not talk to the press or to defense attorneys by
FBI agent Odom out of Denver during and after the OKC bombing trials while
Odom and FBI agent Floyd Zimms were working for DOJ prosecutors in Denver.
FBI and CIA agent Floyd Zimms (wife was an HW Bush Republican delegate)
arranged for the release of the Siddiqys and Chafti after they were arrested
on the day of the OKC bombing. The FBI’s former OKC bombing Inspector, Danny
Defenbaugh, hid the FBI 302 reports of the arrests of the Siddiqy’s and
Chafti until the reports were identified in his Dallas FBI office (FBI SAC
Dallas) in January 2001.

Basically, Netvocates is an organization that sends people out to web logs

After last week's killing of terrorist chieftain Abu Musab al-Zarqawi (or
someone just like him) in Iraq, remembrances of his most celebrated alleged
victim surfaced briefly in the press: Nicholas Berg, the young American
businessman whose horrific beheading was publicized in a video fortuitously
released a few days after the first revelations of torture by U.S. soldiers
at Abu Ghraib.
It was this video -- which featured five surprisingly chubby terrorists,
masked, one wearing a gold ring forbidden by extremist Islam, another
reading in halting Arabic -- that made Zarqawi the Pentagon poster boy for
the insurgency. Pentagon documents unearthed by The Washington Post this
April revealed that the elevation of Zarqawi's profile was a deliberate,
multimillion-dollar propaganda campaign aimed at the U.S. people to foment
the lie that the insurgency was largely an al-Qaida terrorist operation, not
a native rebellion against the occupation. As one Pentagon general put it:
"The Zarqawi Psy-Op program is the most successful information campaign to
date." One can only hope that the timely beheading of Nicholas Berg was not
part of this "information campaign."

Since 1991, the United States has staged four wars using depleted uranium
weaponry, illegal under all international treaties, conventions and
agreements, as well as under US military law.The vast majority of
servicemen and women in the U.S. military, and likely in the armed forces of
other countries which are developing or have obtained depleted uranium
munitions, are unaware of the use and dangers of depleted uranium munitions,
or of the protective clothing and procedures which can minimize or prevent
serious short-term exposures.
Think about how expendible this government must consider its own soldiers
who are sent on missions with not a clue about this.

With its wiretapping of international phone calls and collecting a database
of domestic phone records, the Bush administration is busy watching for
evildoers.
The problem is, this is not really about spying on 'evildoers': it's about
spying on everyone to get them both accustomed to 24/7 surveillance. Also,
it's to make people afraid to talk to each other if their views differ from
those of the administration. - M. R.
The New Jersey attorney general and other state officials are being sued by
the federal government to end their further inquiries on the extent of
telephone firms' participation with the National Security Agency (NSA).The
AP reports that the filing in U.S. District Court in Trenton, N.J., is the
latest effort by federal authorities to halt legal proceedings aimed at
revealing whether and how often AT and T, Verizon and other phone companies

One of the less noted aspects of the Bush Administration's 'War on Terror'
is the government's simultaneous War on Language, a calculated use of
Orwellian double speak. Post 9-11, the invasion of other countries became a
'preemptive strike', the capture and torture of civilians 'extraordinary
rendition'. A sign on the front of the US prison in Guantanamo Bay reads
'Honor Bound to Defend Freedom'. Small comfort to the 460 'unlawful
combatants' who after four years still languish inside, without any access
to basic human rights.

Tice said his information is different from the terrorist surveillance
program that President Bush acknowledged in December and from news accounts
last month that the NSA has been secretly collecting phone call records of
millions of Americans. Because he worked on special access programs,
however, it has not been clear on Capitol Hill which committees have
jurisdiction to debrief him. Shays and Kucinich gave the NSA until Friday to
explain any legal reason why they cannot interview him. But that deadline
passed without a response, and a subcommittee aide today called the missed
deadline troubling.

I got a lot of emails about a joke I put in this space earlier, and I
wondered just how many of these writers had bothered to send email to Israel
about the killing, and about calling these murders a "work accident".
I am getting tired of people being so worried about how Israel's feelings
might get hurt when Israel does not have the courtesy to return the favor.
This brainwashing to always be in guard that one not say or do anything to
hurt Israel's feelings is just conditioning, a device to permanently skew
the socio-political environment to favor a particular agenda.
If you wrote to me to complain about the joke, but DIDN'T write Israel to
complain about the murders, and about the callousness of calling the murders
a "work accident", then you are part of the problem. - M. R.
Columbine has never made any sense. On a close examination of eyewitnesses,
and events, one can easily see that there were at least seven people
involved, and maybe a third shooter.
Basically, there were 100 bombs found that day, and Klebold and Harris
didnt' bring them in alone. And the fact that an eyewitness said he saw two
cars, with seven kids, at the school early that morning confirms there were
accessories to the massacre.

Companies that provide Web-based telecommunications services must allow
wiretapping by law enforcement officials, a federal appeals court ruled
yesterday. The ruling upholds a Federal Communications Commission decision
that companies such as Vonage Holdings Corp., the country's largest provider
of Internet phone service, are under the same legal obligation as telephone
companies. The requirement for a wiretap-compatible system could mean higher
expenses for broadband service companies, and it marks the further spread of
regulation into Internet phone services.

Iraq - U.S. officials have altered their account of the death of Abu Musab
al-Zarqawi, saying he was alive and partly conscious after bombs destroyed
his hideout, and an Iraqi man raised fresh questions Saturday about the
events surrounding the end of Iraq's most-wanted militant. ADVERTISEMENT
The man, who lived near the scene of the bombing, claimed in an interview
with AP Television News to have seen U.S. soldiers beating an injured man
resembling al-Zarqawi until blood flowed from the man's nose.
Now then, ask yourself this. If the man they caught was the real Zarqawi,
and they caught him alive, WHY WOULD THE US FORCES KILL HIM?

several months was a
phony, and had to be killed rather than risk exposure during
interrogation? - M. R.

'compromise' gives Bush amnesty for wiretaps
Sen. Arlen Specter's approach modifies his earlier position that the NSA
eavesdropping program, which targets international telephone calls and
e-mails in which one party is suspected of links to terrorists, must be
subject to supervision by the secret court set up under the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).Another part of the Specter bill
would grant blanket amnesty to anyone who authorized warrantless
surveillance under presidential authority, a provision that seems to ensure
that no one would be held criminally liable if the current program is found
illegal under present law.
No oversight, no rules - how wonderful. With this proposal, very much like
the old 'Code Napoleon' in Europe, every citizen is now guilty until proven
innocent, and no one, in the executive branch of government, can be held
accountable for their actions. Did I fall asleep and wake up in the wrong
country this morning? - M. R.
What is never discussed is the amount of explosives, 95 bombs, that were
placed around the school, and who did it. The other buried item is the 52
