The
Bankruptcy of the United States
This is another letter written by John B. Nelson informing us
that the United States
went "Bankrupt" in 1933 and was declared so by
President Roosevelt by Executive Orders 6073, 6102,
6111 and Executive Order 6260. The several States of
the Union then pledged the faith and credit
thereof to the aid of the National Government. This document
gives us great detail of the bankruptcy.

Under the declared
"National Emergency" of March 9th, 1933;
the Congress passed many emergency powers statutes, including the "Buck Act"
of 1940 (4 U.S.C. Sec. 105-113) Congress
substituted the commonwealth states of the united States of America
with "federal areas."

Abraham Lincoln commissioned the "Lieber
Instructions" to govern his un-lawful Executive Orders under
martial law. They extended the Laws of War and International
Law beyond the borders of Washington, D.C., and for the first time
brought foreign law onto American soil.
The United States
government became the conqueror and all the states in the Union were re-formed as Franchisees of the
Federal Corporation. Later, the "Lieber Code"
put the U.S. into the
1874 Brussels Conference (two years
after Washington D.C., became a corporation),
and the Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907.
The American people are today arrested (falsely mustered),
hauled into military tribunals, tried, convicted, sentenced,
put in jail, have all their property seized, and put
to death, without ever knowing the trials were in fact,
military proceedings in court martial against civilians.

The United States of America went into bankruptcy
on March 9th, 1933 and since that date, the Nation of the united States of America
has been operating under a declared state of "National Emergency."
The Constitution has been suspended and the People are now under

Some people referred to the "secret government"
of the United States.
It is not an elected body, it does not involve itself in
public disclosures, and it even has a quasi-secret budget in
the billions of dollars. This government organization has
more power than the President of the United States or the
Congress. It has the power to suspend laws, move entire
populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant and hold them
without trial. It can seize property, food supplies, transportation
systems, and can suspend the Constitution.
Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States,
but it was not even created under Constitutional law by
the Congress. It was a product of a Presidential Executive
Order. It is not the U.S. Military nor the
Central Intelligence Agency, they are subject to Congress. The
organization is called FEMA the "Federal Emergency
Management Agency."
