The Missing 13th Amendment

The Congress passed 13th amendment  between 1812 (war) and 1819 (Virginia finally ratified)

(but then after the Civil War, under Lincoln they passed an amendment ending involuntary servitude, - slavery- and named that amendment the 13th amendment, covering up the fact of the real 13th that had passed before and never been repealed)

The original records were preserved in some court houses, but most were burned.

The 13th was never repealed.  It is still a part of our law, it is just hidden (like many things)

It said clearly that no lawyer, no attorney, no titles of nobility could be elected   (congressman, representative, governor, mayor).

No candidate / elected official could hold titles of nobility, Esquire (lawyer).

Such titles come from allegiance and loyalty to foreign nations:

- England - member of the BAR - British Accredited Registry

The missing 13th amendment is a very interesting piece of history.

You know from Orwell's novel 1984 and current events, that those in power change history,

They lie about the past to further their causes for their own lust for power and wealth.

Here is my research:

Missing 13th Amendment

The missing 13th Amendment (to the US Constitution in 1918)  www.amendment-13.org

First, it was created to help stop foreign agents from buying votes in State and federal elections, and secondly, it was written to stop spies and saboteurs from promising rich lands and hereditary titles to officers in the military, thus preventing the manufacture and preservation of American traitors.

It is the only amendment to that time ever issued by Congress which contained - in its actual text - a numerical designation! (said that it was XIII Amendment)

(( In the tumult of 1865, the original Thirteenth Amendment was removed from our Constitution. In a Congressional Resolve to amend dated December 5, 1864, approved and signed by President Lincoln, February 1, 1965, another Amendment numbered XIII (which prohibited slavery in Sect. 1, and ended states' rights in Sect. 2) was proposed. When, on January 13, 1865, a two-thirds vote was taken in the House of Representatives for proposing the currently presented 13th Amendment "in honor of the immortal and sublime event" the House adjourned. It was then presented to the States for ratification.

Two months later, April 9, 1865, the Civil War ended with General Lee's surrender. On April 14, President Lincoln was assassinated, dying on April 15th. ))

Abraham Lincoln was a lawyer. Did he somehow practice law without ever reading from the Illinois Statutes ?  He had to know that the Illinois State law books of the 1820s, '30s and on through 1845 contained the original Thirteenth Amendment (forbidding a lawyer with title of nobility to be elected), in its proper place in the appendix. Mr. Lincoln told the Cooper Union "assemblage" what they wanted to hear, and almost all of it was right and proper.

But he lied about the Constitution for the United States.

The whole country descended into a kind of madness in 1860 - secessionism ...

(Similar to Obama today – who will not prove that he is natural born citizen – to be eligible to be President)

The Original Thirteenth Article of Amendment
To The Constitution For The United States

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them." [Journal of the Senate]

Now on Beacraft, I admire, but he is a lawyer, a BAR, I guess, British Accredited Registry – loyal to the courts and the Queen of England, whether he knows that or not.

Beacraft says the discussion about the missing 13th amendment is non senses.

About 1812-18, the 13th amendment was passed that said no elected official could have loyalty to foreign nations, or could carry title of nobility, like esquire, or lawyer.  No lawyer could be elected official. That passed and is recorded in federal publications and many state publications from 1820 to 1840.  I have see the publications.

Then Lincoln, a lawyer, backed by elites of NY ?, became President.  The congress adjourned without setting a day to resume, and Lincoln forced the nation back together by beginning Emergency War Power, executive orders, and crushing the constitution.

When war was over, it was fought for control by the industrial North (northern States).

Northerners had industry, mills, they needed raw material.

The South had raw material and were trading profitably with Europe.

War was about North forcing South back to the United States so they could grab their cheap resources to make profits in the mills of the north.

The slave issue was side event, not core of event of war.

The war was promoted by banks of Europe, of course.

Lincoln did print the greenbacks to fund his war.  He did not borrow money at high interest from European Banks.

Anyway at end of war, Lincoln [passed the 13th amendment – supposedly about slaves – but really ending involuntary servitude.  When you volunteer to do social security (did you not know that you were volunteering) then the government can force things on you, since you did volunteer.  (Most think it is required. Nothing is required, you volunteer to pay taxes, … w live in world of deception. When you wake up you can have a better life)

So this amendment was the first amendment to mention in the title of the amendment the #, The 13th amendment.

Lincoln was crushing and burying the existing, unrepealed 13th amendment that said that no titles of nobility could hold public office.  Lincoln himself was a lawyer.

So is this why Beacraft looked quickly at the missing 13th amendment and says there is no issue. He is a lawyer.
