We live in a country under the rule of law. Learn the law and be disposed to use it.  We are taught, we are innocent until proved guilty, but civil courts do the reverse.  If someone accuses you of something, unless you rebut it with evidence and sworn testimony, an affidavit, then their statement stands as truth before the law.  An uncontested accusation is condemnation to you.  You must respond in a certain time frame in a certain form, or lose.

Mathew 5:25 “Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison”

Settle out of (before) court or have unexpected results, be fined and jailed, regardless of your thinking, or innocence or circumstances.  You can win with international law this way:

Write a letter and make a statement.

Follow mailing 4 more copies, notarized and certified, 10 days apart, then show your mailings to (3) three other individuals, who form a tribune. Then your statements, if uncontested, stands as a final judgment.  Contact your sheriff to sell adversary’s property, car, house for your equity, fee, prize, judgment.

This method and judgment stands inviolate in international law under the Uniform Commercial Code, accepted in all 50 US states and world wide.  No action of a lawyer, judge, court can over ride this.  For source info. explaining process see Elden, or Maine-Patriot.com books or web sites like real-debt-elimination.com

Any unrebutted statement stands as truth for a judgment.  Probably your adversary won’t know what you’re doing.  If they don’t respond on time with complete proof against your statements, you’ll prevail.  Even a lie will stand, if not properly rebutted, as IRS does !

You can prevail with knowledge and by just sending letters.  Your victory cannot be reversed in any court.  You need not involve a lawyer, nor any court or judge.

/irs  Most need not file or pay IRS.

The IRS keeps records on you that contest (unrebutted – prove) you are a tax payer. Those records are false. You can request your Individual Master File and correct them.  They can label you a non taxpayer.  They can move on to clients who do not know the truth.

Terminate any bank loan – mortgage, credit cards, home improvement, student loan.  I think every bank loan is begun in fraud.  You can find and name it and thereby terminate any further obligation to pay the loan.  2 examples.  Ask for a copy of a contract you and they signed. They don’t have one, only your application signed by you only – it is not a contract, it’s not enforceable.  Ask for a signed invoice, not a statement. They will not produce one.

We no longer need authorities, governments, universities to tell us information or truth. We can find and confirm it individually, if you are 12 years or older and can read, think and type.  Why type ? So you can ask questions of the internet.
