Like Winston Shrout, I recommend people act only when they have knowledge.  but even if you hear or read something you don’t understand, you can study and learn it anyway.

Find the solution: - File UCC 1 with Sec. of State in your birth & or current resident state

            Get the forms, complete and file by certified mail and or do it on line thru Washington State, UCC Office, about $ 12

            On line is easy (for timid) I think it is better to do it directly at your state, but you may have problems with them accepting it.

            I expected problems but got a warm reception – I was surprised.

            I did both, I filed on like thru Washington State, UCC, then also carried a paper copy to the W. Va. State capitol, to the Sec. of State office, and into the UCC Office.  I paid in cash – and gave them 2 copies, and they returned one to me stamped with their filing number, and date.

If you file by certified mail, then you may only hold a certified mail slip.  Filing in person gave me a hard copy stamped by their UCC office.

The W. Va. UCC office did not know anything about what I had done on line thru Washington state, so I just started over.

Also, I filed at County Courthouse a copy of the Common Law Copyright of my name.

Anyone using Ted Elden, Henry Theodore Elden, HENRY THEODORE ELDEN, etc. or any variation may suffer a fine of $ 100,000+ or greater.

Run Legal Notice: I then went to the newspaper and filed a lega ad notifying the public that my name is copyrighted.

I ran that ad, 3 times, 1 week apart in the legal ads.

Some of us have done similar things.

It is better to understand all the forms and when you have completed them all, then take action to file and publish notice of them.

Understand the whole process before you at to act with less errors.

In my news paper notice, I mentioned several things at once, and also gave the dates, and book and page number where  I filed these now public documents at county court to make it easy for anyone to look up.

I don't expect lawyers or predators will see my newspaper ad, but I placed it.

So if anyone should attack me, write me a letter, I can warn them that I am copyrighted. I send them a single page showing the ad, the dates it ran, and the notice of copyright and where they can read the copyright terms and fine as public documents at the Kanawha Co. Court.

So when you see all the things you should do, come to be familiar with them, do them on your computer, and prepare to print them

We signed and notarized.  I always put a 3 cent stamp near my signature and sign thru the postage stamp (has legal reasons).

If you mail certified, then al have a witness sign that they say you put those pages in the envelope and mail it certified, so they cannot pretend the envelop had something else or was empty.  Also Dan & I always prepare 2 original when we do these things, and carefully hold the 2^nd original.

Since I am so very careful, I scan my originals that I mail and keep those in my computer.  I am very thorough.

You must understand what a lien is and how it works.  Then you must understand that JOHN DOE is not the same as John Doe.

John gets lien on JOHN, then no one else can claim your property, car, house, etc. because to grab and sell them, first the lien would have to be paid and the predator can get no other money from the assets with liens.

Some thing of mortgages, credit card bills, income tax, and take short circuit to fix them.

I believe that this process of Copyright name (at court house), file UCC Financing Statement on your strawman, with Security Agreement (Lien of John on JOHN) and finally the Birth Certificate Bond to charge your Strawman account for unlimited bill paying (Accepted for Value) is the best and most direct solution to all our problems.  Publish newspaper notice, just to be thorough.

Also consider getting / reading the Redemption Manual 4.5 from Americans Bulletin  660 pages, shows the history – the problem shown in laws, acts, quotations of Congressmen like Lindberg & McFadden, President Wilson, Col. House. and shows the solution and the forms.

Recap, learn history, learn action, find and complete forms (review for completeness), begin process of filing and giving public notice.

You have no benefit until you have set these things in motion.

You still will have no benefit until and unless you are knowledgeable and prepared to stand up for your actions, to answer questions and attacks.

We are also pursuit how to drive (travel) without drivers licenses, license plate nor insurance.

All things are possible to those who can read, think, type (ask internet) and who build knowledge to have courage to act.
