This is what I hope to do.

Combine our various documents into one document, both with notary and also 2 witness to be complete in statue law and common laws.

I will include the Kallenback wavier which has the notice Minnesota 220 Rule & his waiver

and the Shawana simple statement (modified) for the newspaper.

and of course the long form Acknowledgement & Acceptance - the Affidavit of Ownership.

    I have been told to write asseverations, not affidavits.

    I think that asseverations do not put us in their statue system, yet do establish things as an affidavit.
