Notes on the Deed Poll:

It is 2 docs. One is a template for the deed poll, so you would enter your info in the appropriate places, others, delete instructions. I sent for the Canon Law references to stuff we all talk about all the time. It shows that to really get control, one must verify that you are the living soul from the birth certificate. I have two affidavits from family members that have known me my entire life, common law copyright for the name, affidavit declaring land jurisdiction status, declaration of domicile on a geographic State, authenticated Cert. of Live Birth (COLB), We should take all affidavits to SoS office and have them authenticated. Then go to Probate court of County where we live & or were born, of our birth State, like West Virginia State and correct their records.

After compiling the necessary documents Anna has described, she says announce to the court. Please note the Deed Poll is a declarative document. We are not petitioning the court, we are notifying it. That is why I think all affidavits (or notices ?) should be authenticated, they, then, cannot be refused by the court within the state they are from, West Virginia State, Taking them across state lines would require them to be additionally authenticated by US SOS.

Do you think I should record my witness affidavits at county, and then get certified copies?
