Several members commented that if you change the land description, you may hold a different title.
First, recognize that you can only control what you create. They created the current property description.
Quite frankly they do control that. But all they control is the description. Once you place a claim on the land as equitable interest holder, and you have no evidence that there is any man who has a higher claim that will suspend or confuse my interests, then your law is the law.

Everything in their court system is fraud. I know of very few people who every have consistent success in their court.
It is run like a casino. 3% have to "get justice" in order for people to keep coming back.
I have learned this the hard way and take responsibility for having personally cleared several small forests with the paperwork
About the ONLY thing that seems to work is to address the money issue.
No fact will ever be tried in their courts. - everyone should be able to see that there is no justice in their system.
The only issue is really about money, and that is the chess game. Any paperwork filed in the court has a 97% chance of failing as it is playing checkers on a chess board.
That is why we have people studying the court system for 20 years (Rod Class, Gene Keating etc.) and still can't seem to have consistent results.
How many of you have seen one man put in a set of documents and win, and then another puts in the same set and loses?
How can that be? - Very simple, it is designed that way to keep people playing in the public. The remedy is in the private, using IRS forms -or equity depending on your level of competency.

ID:
I created my own ID. It had two witnesses and a notary. It does not have a date of birth, but has a date of conception (Life begins at conception) and gave only an approximate month (9 months prior to the delivery).
It does have to have a "number" on it - so I created a number at the top. The rest is general information that would be on any ID.
I spent 9 months trying to get a USA passport.
I successfully used my homemade ID to get a passport.
I was challenged by the Dept of State on the use of the ID.
He said he needed a Drivers License. - I asked him who issues the Drivers License?
He said the Secretary of State.
I asked him who issues Notary Seals?
He said Secretary of State.
I pointed out that the ID had a Notary Seal on it and therefore it was issued by the same office and have the same effect in law.
Crickets.
As far as the Passport goes, it was not issued until I agreed that the ALL CAPS name is a US Citizen, but I am merely the entitlement holder to that name, but I am not the same as that name.
Using Chicago Style Manual to verify that anything in ALL CAPS is not a living man, but is a corporation. (which in THEIR system is called a person).
Until I put in a claim as the rightful entitlement holder, I was using abandoned property which is under the protection of the United States and all such property is to be taken into custody and turned over to the Treasury under the war powers act.
If you say you are the ALL CAPS name, then you are using property they are duty bound to capture just in case a true entitlement holder ever shows up.

I never say that I OWN the all caps name, but assert that I am the rightful entitlement holder and am authorized to move the chess piece.
Own nothing, control everything.
Fishing is a commercial term. -as defined in their daffynitions.
However, if you are out gathering food....not commercial no license needed.
Or if you are as bad at it as I am, just practicing casting....no fish. :-)

It won't be returned carte blanche by any public edict, but you can get access to it if you have the proper status, and mindset.

A picture of the notice in the car would allow you impose a fee structure.
You will not be successful in court, but you may be successful in the private using Red forms.
And a three step process is considered due process and will benefit you position.
General Delivery does not require a permit.
General Delivery says that every piece of mail delivered there has to be picked up within 30 days.
Check for mail matter every 30 days, and you will be able to perpetually have GD.
And NO ID is required despite what they say.
