I know people in serious predicaments, and others who could do things to prevent problems. I know people with knowledge, courage, problems & solutions.
From my own intense study, I try to show others what seems to work for me, a simpler solution.
We each have different knowledge & experience. Maybe something here would help you.
Please forgive me if I over simplify this.
This is my understanding from my 17 years of study.
The US Constitution of 1789 established a form of government, actually a further refinement of the original Articles of Confederacy.
On 21 Feb. 1871, the US Congress passed the "Act of 1871" which established a corporation titled the District of Columbia. They later changed the name to UNITED STATES (a corporation). That gave them the ability to create & enforce laws on people who live or work in DC or any of the territories they acquirer (purchase or war loot) or any who think they are a citizen of he UNITED STATES.
In about 1933, the UNITED STATES & several European Countries declared they were bankrupt, and they pledged all the US citizens & their property to the international bankers in exchange for nearly unlimited FRN (federal reserve notes) to pay all the bills of the people.
Every 70 years from the formation of our country, i.e. 1790, 1860 (civil war), 1930 (depression), 1999 under Pres. Clinton. Clinton was under impeachment investigate on activates with Monica Lewinsky. Clinton told the Congress (in hidden way) if you press charges on me, I'll inform the public of the bankruptcy expiring. They could choose not to enter another 30 year cycle with the bankers.
The people did not understand so the bankers regained their contract over the people of the US.
Now, all governments in the world, at least in US, are all taken over by private, for profit, corporations for profit who only have jurisdiction over you if you contract with them. A lawful. Legal contract must be fully disclosed, be between two or more people of similar status, between two living men, or two or more corporation officers/ agents.
The contract must be an equal exchange of consideration, value. It must be willing chosen by each party, and each has 3 day option (when we're told of this option) to cancel the contract with no reason required.

The conclusion is that there are no real government, they are each just a private corporation pretending to be government authorities, but having no real authority. They are also bankrupt, again having no power or authority, but their existing staff, tam, members still operate the law enforcement officers, police, courts, news media, there by keeping their corrupt system running.
abodia.com/t/law leads to Jennifer West's you tubes. She has 40 ? 20 to 50 minute presentations to show that their are 2 jurisdictions in our country, the US citizen under US codes as applied to them should hey commit a US code infraction on US land or territory and be a US citizen.
A second jurisdiction is for most people, who are not US citizens, who are civilians, not employed by the UNITED STATES (corp.) nor member of the US military.
We, and these people are exempt of most seeming beaches in US code as hey are not US citizens and they did not commit a US code infraction on US land or territory.
If & when you understand this concept and you choose to declare this, publicly record your actins, and inform various US & your State of … agencies, then you should be exempt from actions by US LEO, courts, judges, decrees, etc.
Roger Sayles, in his book, Sovereignty to Serf.com, examines many court cases that clearly show the distinction of being or not being a US citizen. In conclusion, he suggests that we make a simple declaration of our intent to not be a US citizen.
I had 3 witnesses sign mine, and I recorded it at my local court house. Now I will send to US Sec. of State, Atty. Gen., W Va. Sec. of State, Atty. Gen, health dept, state, county, city: police, courts, health departments, etc.
Our life is limited not by other people but by what info we can get. As we learn, we gain confidence. Benefit MAY come when we commit & act.
I think by establishing a record before we are charged by anyone, attorney, police, court, etc., if we have a public record that we are not US citizens, then I think all those people in the corporate government have to leave us alone & or release us, dismiss charges.
I am not smarter than anyone. I choose to find a simpler system. Many friends I knew, know lots of US Codes, etc. I think they are captured in court or with charges as they cling to being US citizens.
I think to not be US citizen is a way out of their control, charges, taxes.
It is something, you have to understand the basic concept and reality of these facts. You have to make declarations publicly before other lay charges on you, then you can just return anything they send or give you and step out or live outside of their control.
This is what I am doing. I stopped taxes in 2005, abodia.com/t/irs When I was in court (2014 ?) I stopped a deputy from arresting me by asking if he had a warrant. He did not have warrant, so he stopped trying to arrest me.
I was once summoned to court. I mailed back or returned the summons and did not go. They did not put my name on the list of court cases for that date and never issued an arrest warrant for me.
I was summoned to court for 2 (false) felonies and threatened to be jailed 20 years.
I showed up in the court
lobby. The magistrate came out and asked, "Where is your attorney ?"
I said I won't work with any attorney, so he immediately dismissed all charges.
The first time I was arrested, I would not give my birthdate, nor address. Since they could not get any identification from me, they released me. I was shocked that that worked.

US Codes only applies to US citizens when they break a code on US soil. All else is out of their jurisdiction, unless some one injures, robs, deceived or threatens someone - common law.
