Let it be known to all that I, First-Middle: Last Name, explicitly reserves all of my rights. 
See Uniform Commercial Code UCC 1-308 which was formally UCC 1-207.
Performance or Acceptance Under Reservation of Rights.

“§ 1-308.  Performance or Acceptance Under Reservation of Rights.

(a) A party that with explicit reservation of rights performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved.  Such words as "without prejudice," "under protest," or the like are sufficient.”

I reserve all of my rights and liberties at all times and in all places, nunc pro tunc (now for then) from the time of my birth and forevermore.  I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract, commercial agreement or bankruptcy that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.  I do not accept the liability of the compelled benefit of any unrevealed contract or commercial agreement.  I am not ever subject to silent contracts and have never knowingly or willingly contracted away my sovereignty.

Violation fee of my liberty is $250,000 per incident or per 15 minutes or any part thereof. 

Further, let all be advised that all actions commenced against me may be in violation of:... 

USC TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > § 242 Deprivation of rights under color of law. 

USC TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > § 241 Conspiracy against rights.

Wherefore all have undeniable knowledge.

AFFIDAVIT

Affiant, First-Middle: Last Name, sui juris, a natural born Citizen of West Virginia in its dejure capacity as a republic and as one of the several states of the union created by the constitution for the united States of America 1777/ 1789.  This incidentally makes me an American national and a common man of the Sovereign People, does swear and affirm that Affiant has scribed and read the foregoing facts, and in accordance with the best of Affiant's firsthand knowledge and conviction, such are true, correct, complete, and not misleading, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Further, I am not a United States citizen or a 14th amendment citizen.  I am a State Citizen of the republic and reject any attempted expatriation.  See 15 united States statute at large, July 27th, 1868 also known as the expatriation statute.

Put your information in, name, address, phone.

 

Sign and have a notary sign.  All living people should sign in blue ink.

On the back put a stamp (3 cent ?) in each corner and sign thru those.

 

Take the completed form and have it recorded at your local county courthouse.

 

Get a certified true copy of the filed recorded form and send it / serve it to 3 federal judges in your district. (get Certified copy from the court or Xerox or make a copy and have a notary sign that it is a true cert. copy)

 

They (judges/ courts) should put you on a list not to be troubled. They should not sign or issue any arrest warrant for you (& possibly not involve you in court cases as you are exempt, having reserved your rights.)

But we also caution do not do forms or action if you don’t understand them.

 

You will be tested. If it is apparent that you are doing something you don’t really understand, then you will be treated as a ward of the state, a 14th amendment citizen, as if you are not competent to manage your own affairs.

 

Caution. But learn, and act to secure your liberties and freedom.

 

Next step, file UCC Financing papers, Security Agreement & Indemnity Bond at the Sec. of State’s UCC office, to become Secured Party Creditor – like a banker, with many rights and removed from US laws (statues), then just live and act under common law and UCC – Uniform Commercial Code.
