Charles Sprinkles has been driving, actually traveling in California for 37 years without a driver's license, since 1985 ? at age 35, when he sued Governor Ronald Regan for his not protecting his constitutionally right to travel.

If you are not being paid to carry passengers nor carrying packages, then you don't need a driver's license.
If you don't need the driver's license, then you also don't need to register your car, have license plate, insurance, can't lawfully get a ticket for any non crime, wherein there is no injured party.
Therefore these things are not a crime:
- no seat belt, - running a stop sign or red light, speeding, etc.

Charles Sprinkles wrote to Governor Regan to protect Charlie's right to travel, thereby breaching Regan's oath of office to protect the people from infringement of constitutional rights.

Judge why are you asking discovery questions, that is his job.
Judge is the tryer of fact
the prosecutor is the tryer of the case.
If you judge, operate as both the judge and the prosecutor, I object on the record, as an appealable issue.

No & I don't intend to get any.

Can I hear it ?
I am unenfranchised common law freeman, not a participant in any tontine schemes of limited liability or joint venture with a private insurance company requiring me to participate in these corporate ponzi schemes.
(tontine - an annuity scheme in which subscribers share a common fund with the benefit of survivorship, the survivors' shares being increased as the subscribers die, until the whole goes to the last survivor. )

I travel at the common law.
I have a right to free travel free and unencumbered pursuant to Shapario vs Thompson. That right is so basic it does not need to be mentioned.
The state of Michigan/ WV arbitrarily & ironically converted my right into a privilege and issued a license plate and a fee for it.
Murdock vs Pennsylvania says that no state may convert a secured liberty into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it.
If they do Shuttle vs Birmingham AL say that I can ignore the license and engage in the right with impunity. That means that you can't punish me.
Since I rely on previous decisions of the Supreme Court and Constitutional defenses, I have a perfect defense for willfulness. I am immune to the prosecution.
Therefore the prosecution counsel does not have a cause of action for which relief can be granted.
I motion the court to dismiss with prejudice for failure to state a cause of action for which relief can be granted.
I'd like to collect my costs and fee for having to prepare to defend this frivolous case.

Treason is the removal by force of Liberty and Freedom from anyone without Due Process of Law.
Any law in violation of the
Constitution is null and void of law. Marbury vs. Madison and the
Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution. The lawmakers with their
Patriot Acts are not the end all in this Representative Government, the
CONSTITUTION is. Don't get me wrong, the Constitution doesn't grant you your
freedoms, God does. It is just a reminder to you of what He gave you. Don't be
an indian giver.
