Felix, I keep reading in my e-mail from conservative friends that the vaccine will be mandatory--all that you say. But the news on KLIF radio today, which is a FOX affiliate or WBAP which is an ABC affiliate, I believe, said that the vaccine would be available mid October, that pregnant women and mothers or caregivers of 6 month old babies or younger will be the first to be vaccinated. Then, Children and people up to 24 years old, followed by those up to 64 years old. If there is any left, then those that are over 64 will receive the vaccine.

Are we going to be forced to take it, or is that myth?  ….

Francis the MA state legislature has passed a law which will allow non-medical personnel (police etc) to administer the vaccine. The vaccine is mandatory and if an adult refuses they can be locked up without a trial. If you have children and refuse to have them vaccinated then they may be removed from your custody again without a hearing. As far as I know this is the only state that has passed legislation. I am not sure if the Governor has signed it yet, but he did state that he would if they passed it. This law is completely unconstitutional and it will be interesting to see the outcome if they try to enforce the law. Maybe someone who is from Ma can comment further on this.

Pertinent section: 1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease and to prevent the spread of communicable or possibly communicable disease, provided that any vaccine to be administered must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and
(2) to treat individuals exposed to or infected with disease, provided that treatment must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual.
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.

Hi fellow Patriots! This is to let you know that I am from Massachusetts (unfortunately) . Let me enlighten you on MA Senate bill 2028 Mandatory vaccinations. It passed unanimously in the Senate at around the same time Brain Dead Ted was really dead. The answers to your questions is this. Yes we are to be vaccinated and if we do not we are to be fined $1000.00 per DAY, and up to 30 days in jail. Not only that but the cops can break down your door come into your house take ANYTHING they think is contaminated (whatever they want) and burn it . They can burn your house down if they so choose. They can take your children away, and you can't get them back until you're vaccinated. AND HERE'S THE KICKER. ANY and ALL people that administer the vaccinations will be EXEMPT from court proceedings against them if you have a reaction. In other words you can't sue them if the vaccination causes any bad reactions up to and including death. I'm thinking about getting a Pit Bull and he will meet them at the door. NO WAT am I getting a vaccination my doctor isn't even giving them because he said that they haven't been tested enough . Wish me luck I will keep you informed.
