In Jail  mail

To write to someone in jail or prison, I suggest
        put this wording shown in blue above the name on the outside envelop.

Then repeat this inside above the prisoner's name & address.

 * DON'T TRESPASS *

* PRIVATE PROPERTY *

Private, Privileged, Confidential communication

between Private Assistance of Counsel and

John Doe, [ # 1254]

c/o 3 Maple Lane.

Chicago, Illinois.

You may add the jail/ prison name & any prison number but those are optional.

Many jails/ prisons think they can make their own policy rules since they are private corporations.

They first presume that you choose to be incarcerated, and you willingly signed forms to be retained.

I think that is bogus, or done by force, or certainly without our understanding.

In any case, Policy cannot violate law.

They can have any policy they want, but it is not lawful to require you to adhere to an unlawful policy.

Most jails/ prisons open, review, consider anything sent or given to an inmate.

If you mail a letter or package addressed as noted here, then the jail personnel  should not open or inspect the contents of your letter / package, without trespassing and or breaking their own federal laws on handling mail.

 Here is how to mail to an inmate in detainment.

Put this above the man's name & full address, on the outer envelop or label and repeat this on the inner envelope or label.

In my experience, for me and others, those in charge of the jail prison may open the outer envelop, but they may not and do not open the inner envelop.

Try this and all systems patiently, persistently, repetitively until you prevail.

They may begin violating this right for private communications, but if you persist, they may begin to let this confidential mail flow to the inmate.

I talk and work with many people a we discuss, test & share info with each other.

When i was in jail, I received mail where the inner envelope as still sealed.

On another occasion, I never signed any forms nor conceded that i was HENRY ELDEN or the ALL CAPITOL NAME.

When mail came for me they returned it as they pretended that i was not in their jail.

The world in which I find myself, there are not certain, sure & fast rules.

The rules around me vary depending on the knowledge & confidence of myself and those with whom I am engaged, or working.

I have filed recorded at the local courthouse much info about my status, but you also need to know what those records say to defend them when you are challenged.
