They will hold it 30 days. If you don't pick it up they will return it.

The USPS delivers mail but does not always put any postmark or cancelation on that mail piece.

          for a complete address.

People like Ronnie & Millie have helped me figure this out.

Many people submit to rules from authorities, but you can discover a bigger world, more options and freedom. You suffer no harm or loss.  Test to know, stand and get reliable service.

A zip can replace

          City, state

A 9 digit can replace

          # Street.

Therefore a complete address can just be 5+4 digit zip.

Using a name is optional.

The post man just wants to know where to drop it.

Those at that location should get it to right person. 

Millie, her 9 digit zip is unique.

You can look up the 9 digitx zip for any street address.

Use a full name (include family name) if you are mailing to General Delivery.

I don't think you can use a Post Office Box or street address and General Delivery.

General Delivery would not work to a corporation name or a trust account.  It is to a living man who come to PO Window to request General Delivery in his name.

I think General Delivery is the best way to be separate from US codes and their corporate world.

I think General Delivery is just to a man at the main downtown post office. 

Any one can make comments but they are considered more if they include proof.

I prove not by written law, but by copies of many successful mailings.
