Taxe Percue - discussion  2021 Nov.5

This is my current experiment.  I've successfully sent 1,400+ mail pieces in this format.

Click for proof I/you can mail for free, Taxe Percue in to a federal penitentiary for a prisoner there.

I have mailed 38,000+ items with 2 ¢ postage mail/ postal articles and 1.900+ Taxe Percue.

I have been using Mixed Case words like    Charleston or New York

I've use to Spelled Out States, and not use 2 letter federal regions like CA, NY, OH, FL.

Now I have a new idea.  It does not matter what form is your mailing label, if:

you just enclosed the outgoing and the incoming addresses in a box.
The Chicago Styles Manual says anything in a box, or [square brackets] is excluded from the text [legally].

With a box, or other variations, like stating: General Post Office, zip exempt, non domestic,
you are protected from entering the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATE Corp, thru the US Codes.

These items wipe away any US Code jurisdiction presumptions.

- state General Post Office   Points to the postal regulations
before 1776 US Constitution under postmaster Ben Franklin.

- state zip exempt.                 So the 5 digit number only serves as a location for the postman.
The presumption that it is a federal territory is removed.

- state non-domestic             to remove the presumption that you aer mailing and or accepting federal jurisdiction (US Codes) over the mail piece so labeled.

You and or people may want an answer from an "authority" like a postmaster, or a book of regulations.
I've learned much about mailing rates & regulation by inventing new formats & testing them.

You can test as I do.  You need not rely on me or be limited by what others say.
I think there is no crime nor penalty for all the mailing formats I have tried.

Make up a name for your republic and use that in the Taxe Percue label.

I used     TopORock republic

I would also apply these rules if I write an affidavit or common law claim.
Of any name and address, put them in a box, and proceed them with terms: Gen. Post Office, zip exempt.

Many people wish to have the benefit of inexpensive, or free mail, certified, registered and for parcels.

I prepare my mail and drop it in any Blue USPS mail box
I don't take my mail (or posts) into the Post Office, nor hand them to a USPS clerk.
I mailed a 3 pound book, packed in a box.  It was with Taxe Percue.
When I handed it to a mail clerk, they refused it, so i went outside and dropped it in a Blue USPS mail box.
It traveled to Pittsburgh without any problem.

A USPS clerk would require anything over 16 ounces to be handed to a clerk.

My mail travels thru without these USPS restrictions, without difficulty.

I see the clerks are like a defense to protect the US Postal Service rules.

However if you just put your mail in the Blue USPS mail box, then you are thru their defenses and they must apply the original US Post Office regulations only to your mail that is entered into their mailing system.

With all things: patiently persist with prayer & purpose, until we prevail !

With Yahuah & men, all things are voluntary.

Since June 1933, HJR resolution, all our needs were to be prepaid by the government as government made Federal Reserve official tender (money).  The 1789 US Constitution limited money to be only gold and silver.

There are many more words you could add to your mailing piece, more than I show above,

However, I think what I show is the minimum that you should put.

If you have resistance or returned mail, just keep trying.

Then it might be useful to print more of the mail regulations on the envelope.

18 USC sub section 11 explains what is a foreign government.

The term “foreign government”, as used in this title except in sections 112, 878, 970, 1116, and 1201, includes any government, faction, or body of insurgents within a country with which the United States is at peace, irrespective of recognition by the United States.

You can use this for an address:

John Doe

123 Maple St

Charleston, WV 25314

But you can use this complete delivery address also. without the name nor city, state:

123 Maple St

25314

The postman reads from the bottom up:

He reads: zip code, then city, state, then delivery street address.

He is not concerned by a name.  If the receiving people konw who that mail is for, you eed not put his name on the mail.

Postmen like to see ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, no punctuation, USPS abbreviations like ST not Street.

It is fun to send mail without a name.  Whoever receives it has no responsibility nor accepts any obligation to that mail article.  He can read or discard it.  It does not attach to anyone unless it has a name or title: resident, occupant, Postal Customer.

If there are many people at that location, put a first name or nick name, or Apt. #, or Box #.

I now think I can send mail in the format the USPS desires, I just need to put a box around the address (or the whole envelop) and use these terms: Gen. Post Office, zip exempt.

You can use a zip code in lieu of a city, state.

If he 9 digit zip code is unique, you can just use the 9 digit zip as a complete address, not includig a # and a street.
