On mail to me, please do not use a zip code, nor 2 letter state, nor all CAPITAL LETTERS.

It does not matter how friends mail each other, but I will NEVER accept mail with those elements from government or corporations. I'll just return them.

If they write that way to me and I don't return them, then I would be submitting to 64 million UNITED STATES CODES regarding the contents of that correspondence.

If I don't accept mail in that manner, I can stay outside of all those codes. No human knows all those codes, so why volunteer to be under codes/ laws you don't understand ?

The post card below with NO stamps, and NO comment about postage intrigues me the most.

I am not sure how or why that worked, but I am always learning.

No mail, at any rate, is certain to arrive.

It is a great courtesy for anyone to respond (text, e-mail ?) to tell someone you got what they sent.

I send much mail so it is kind for people to tell me what they get.  Some people take a photo of the way the envelop is marked and text that to me, which is a great aid in my learning.  Others may comment on the content of my mail, what the letter says or if they got a thumb drive or a disc.

I experiment with mail sometimes losing some thing of value from $ 10 to $ 50 because some one on the postal route is not yet aware of these law on postage rates.

I would appreciate if you are returning to me a thumb drive or something of value that you not gamble on how you mail.  Pay full rate, at least until you establish reliable 2 ¢ mailings.

Learn and establish how you can mail inexpensively.

I think it is a waste of time to talk to your postmaster.

They will ignore you forever, refusing to investigate the actual laws.

They just do what they think their boss tells them. They are employed by the USPS (Postal Service) not the PO (Post Office).

However, just keep mailing in small quantities, even put the law on the envelope.  12 Stat. at Large Chpt. 71, sec. 23.

I recently successfully mailed a certified package with NO postage, just the international Free mail information.  It arrived to the delight of my friend.  She returned the green post card acknowledging that receipt.

Many people tell me they don't mail very much and they want to be certain it arrives.

Using 2 ¢ mail is NOT your guaranteed solution.  It is some thing that YOU have to earn by trial, patiently persisting until you prevail.

I am delighted, after doing this for 13 years, that other people are coming to realize the importance of establishing 2 ¢ mail.

To make a claim for loss (& or for a court case), the first thing you have to do is give notice.

Write down your complaint or claim or loss or damage, and MAIL it to someone.

That is the first step towards reclaiming what you lost.  If you learn the laws, you will find you have been deceived and lost much obeying people who do not know the laws.

People who harm you, even without realizing they do not have the authority to do what they do, they will NOT step forward and repair their damage to you, but you can get compensation via Common Law, a Court of Record, but you have to learn that procedure. No attorney can help you. Their job s to protect the illusion that UNITED STATES Corporate courts control you.

You are a child of God, and in common law, you may exercise claims to protect and compensate you, your rights, property, wealth and health.

All this is your option, but only when you Learn and Act.

You are NOT limited by what others think or know, you are only limited by your own imagination and what you can learn and do.

God Bless you all.    Ted or   2 b tru, or Toby, your Male Mail Man.
