Gary Northington is a prisoner in federal prison in Jackson, Michigan. He has made copies of the free postage mail he receives from me. Here I show them to you.

No Name needed in an address.

To people in prison or large organizations & or General Delivery, those cases, you must include a name, or perhaps a title or department.

You can write to people without even using their name, just a complete mailing delivery address.  If you use a zip code, then there is no need to put a city or state.

If you use a unique 5+4 or 9 digit zip code, then there is no need to put the number & street, like 124 Main St.

Anyone can mail for 2 ¢ within our country, or 3 ¢ to any where in the world. 

That is per each 1/2 ounce of letter weight.  If greater weight, then add more postage.

The mailing address you use is critical of our rights.

If you get & accept or retain mail with a zip code, then you have conceded to be a UNITED STATES citizen or US resident, under 60+ million US Codes.  No one knows all those codes.  Don't accept or keep mail so addressed.  Don't volunteer to be governed by those unknown US Codes by keeping papers sent to you.  Return any mail, papers or notice that has - those markings, or has a zip code, or your name in all capital letters, or – is about something you don't want to engage or get involved with, or – anything you don't know or understand.  Return them !

You could mark on envelope, name unknown, wrong venue & drop in mail.

It is best to return any article received (but don't want).  Put it in a clean envelope, with normal full postage and mail back to whom ever sent it. 

Use my mailing format, or bracket the zip code.

The best is to just put a box around the outgoing & a box around the return address.  Then the address is outside any codes or rules.

The purpose of using a General Delivery address, is to establish you can receive mail, but by the Gen. Del. notice, you are not accepting any jurisdiction from US Codes.

Using a General Delivery address, you are not conceding you are US citizen, nor a US resident.

Always give or use your Gen. Del. address to anyone who might be involved in a claim, legal work (against you) or an infringement of your rights

When you give anyone any address, you are basically giving them permission to write/ mail to you.  Anyone may find your address in a directory or any place, but that does not mean you agree to accept their mail.  If you get any mail you do not want, return it promptly.
