No action is required.  You may use it in your Taxe Percue mail label.

Since 5 Dec. 2021, I've sent 1,900 Taxe Percue cards & letters. I've not had any returned.

On receiving General Delivery mail, the destination PO hand wrote date received.

They will hold it 30 days.

If you don't pick it up, they will return it.

On mail I send, the post master often chooses not to post mark with the city of origin, and or not mark with bar code.

The USPS delivered that mail but never put - any postmark - nor cancelation - nor bar code on that mail piece.
