Postage Rate Research by Shawn - 6 ¢ and 46 ¢ postage to Ted in Jail.
Mailed the day after Ted went to jail (16 Dec.) and returned
on the 20th Dec. as if Ted were not in Jail.
Ted was not released from Jail
until the 21st. So the Jail did not acknowledging that Ted was there !

On 12/17/13 Shawn dropped 2 pieces of mail in the blue box on the street to mail to the jail.
They just arrived back at Shawn's home today 1/6/14.
Shawn used 6 ¢ postage and 46 ¢ postage.
Both arrived at the jail.
Notice the differences on each piece of mail.

See the yellow stickers that say:
Return to Sender but one sticker has all the
barcode and numbers on it
and the other sticker has just words.
