A directed-energy weapon (DEW) is a ranged weapon system that inflicts damage at a target by emission of highly focused energy.
Potential applications of this technology include anti-personnel weapon systems, missile defense system, and the disabling of lightly armored vehicles or mounted optical devices.
The Pentagon, DARPA, the Air Force Research Laboratory, United States Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center and the Naval Research Laboratory have been researching and testing technologies like directed-energy weapons for many decades.
There are a number of forms of directed energy weapons, including Microwave Weapons, Laser Weapons, Particle Beam Weapons, Sonic Weapons.
One form of potential directed energy weapon that is rarely mentioned, but important to us here is based on Scalar Wave technology.
The original research into the basis for scalar wave directed energy was actually done by the brilliant English mathematician James Clerk Maxwell more than 100 years ago.
“Nikola Tesla was first to demonstrate the world, what scalar waves are, in his famous Colorado Springs experiment 1899 where he sent electric energy through the air without cables to light bulbs in a distance of 30 miles. The electricity was sent quicker than light and the bulbs received more energy than Tesla had sent away (over unity effect), because the transport vehicle for the electric energy, an electric scalar wave, sucked free energy from the surrounding nature, free neutrino power, during its voyage.
Nikola Tesla detected the electric scalar wave which is linked to free energy. Neutrinos, which often are quicker than the speed of light, are an aspect of scalar waves, and can be harvested for free.
Scalar waves are produced when two electromagnetic waves of the same frequency are exactly out of phase (opposite to each other) and the amplitudes subtract and cancel or destroy each other. The result is not exactly an annihilation of magnetic fields but a transformation of energy back into a scalar wave. This scalar field has reverted back to a vacuum state of potentiality.
Scalar waves can be created by wrapping electrical wires around a figure eight in the shape of a möbius coil. When an electric current flows through the wires in opposite directions, the opposing electromagnetic fields from the two wires cancel each other and create a scalar wave.
“In about 1908 Tesla discovered that scalar energy, without energy loss, using an interferometer becomes bottled from the intersection of two scalar wave beams. By interferometer (crossed beam) techniques, giant standing waves can be combined to produce a focused beam of very great energy.
This can then be used to produce earthquakes induced at distant aiming points. He noted that this could easily get out of control once it begins vibrating within the Earth and could actually cause the Earth to vibrate to pieces. His own had proved so powerful, that during its testing phase he destroyed it with a sledgehammer to keep its vibrations from destroying his entire neighborhood.
‘POTENTIALS’ are particles which are unorganized in hyperspace, pure energy not yet released into the physical world.
They can be harnessed into creating different frequencies of scalar waves and can be manufactured artificially. This energy emerges and stabilizes only if the transmitters are at a higher reference potential than the interference (blending) zone. If the transmitters are set at at a lower potential, the energy bottle re-emerges back at the transmitters where it has to be disposed of if the transmitters are not to be burnt out.
If two single frequency scalar electromagnetic (EM) waves, containing zero-vector and artificial potentials intersect, real observable electromagnetic wave energy results, though no EM energy has flown through the intervening space. Invisible waves of pure potential without any force field amplitudes, using artificial potentials seemingly do not exist according to conventional science, but this is because they are undetectable with normal detection equipment.
Yet they can be manufactured by polarizing them or concentrating hyperspace into a river of force, which when merged using two beams, produces real electromagnetic waves.
If the transmitter uses potential above that of the energy bottle, detectable energy emerges in that zone and it is called EXOTHERMIC mode. To extract energy back to the transmitter from the energy bottle, the potentials must be below that produced in an energy bottle. This is ENDOTHERMIC mode.
If Two transmitters transmit a timed pulse and the two pulses meet, then an explosion emergence or extraction occurs at the distant interference zone, depending on whether exothermic or endothermic mode is used. However there is no detectable energy flow between transmitters and the intersection of the two beams exist as locked in artificial potential in hyperspace.
This supposedly doesn’t exist.
The energy flow between transmitters and intersecting beams does not exist in the intervening space physically as an EM force field, only as a locked-in artificial potential. If the wave transmission is continuous, the energy appears physically between beams as continuous. If multiple frequencies are transmitted on the beams, at the intersection a 3 dimensional globe appears as a bullet or shell.
Using pulse transmission an impulsive or explosive emergence of this energy form appears, but if using continuous mode a continuous glowing plasma form appears visibly. The impulse endothermic mode energy is extracted and generates a cold explosion or sharp cooling, and this can sound like thunder.
Extracting energy from the distant intersection of endothermic mode has to re-emerge at the transmitters.
The Soviets use a “dump” method of temporarily capturing and storing in an accumulator the heat building up at the transmitters. A second howitzer in exothermic mode is used to focus energy into a distant dump site, often Bennett Island, north of Siberia in the Arctic Sea, where exhausts are continually observed by U.S. weather satellites.
Several scalar waves sent from different transmitters may also be engineered to combine by interferometry to produce a plasma bottle of very high infolded or contained energy, with any desired light emission, shape, color and intensity. This ‘bottle’ may be moved around the planet at will (visible or invisible). The bottled energy may be released by a further specific transmission. It can be moved into the Earth, through the air, or into the sea.
If “detonated” in the earth an earthquake is the result. In a building or a city a violent explosion, like a nuclear blast is the result.”(2)
A scalar wave interference grid can also be generated over a particular area in order to disintegrate objects contained in that chosen area, without creating an explosion and without heat being generated.
This is what was done in New York on 9-11 and appears to be what was done in Santa Rosa, causing the World Trade Center Towers to turn to dust and the houses in Santa Rosa to turn to dust.
The difference in Santa Rosa, was that forest fires were used in some areas as cover for the use of Scalar Weapons, so that the public would be unaware of what actually occurred.
During the Valley Fire of 2015, in the Middletown, California area, 20 miles from Santa Rosa, similar ‘fires’ occurred with one observer stating that “It wasn’t even a fire. It was like fluorescent evil,” Whispering Pines resident Bill Gavin told the Press Democrat. “I saw sections like football fields go up in four seconds.”
Konstantin Meyl
“Physics professor Konstantin Meyl has recently published his new book Der Skalarwellenkrieg. Meyl is the worlds leading expert on scalar waves, a form of waves which had been kept secret from public knowledge for over 100 years.
In 1990 Prof. Meyl detected the magnetic scalar wave, which is biologically relevant and even useful as a weapon.
The conspiracy against the scalar waves started even before Tesla’s discovery in Colorado Springs 1899, when the brilliant English mathematician James Clerk Maxwell died in 1879. His disciples Heaviside and Gibbs and even Heinrich Hertz falsified the third Maxwell equation after his death an put the part describing scalar waves to zero with the argument, that only electromagnetic waves had been detected so far (by Hertz 1886), but no scalar waves. They did not correct their mistake, when Tesla detected the electric scalar wave in 1899 and Lord Kelvin officially confirmed that both kinds of waves exist and had been recently discovered.
Wardenclyffe Tower, also known as the Tesla Tower, was an early experimental wireless transmission station designed and built by Nikola Tesla in Shoreham, New York in 1901-1902.
Since than the scalar waves had been covered up, JP Morgan canceled financing Tesla, burned his laboratory, tore down the Wardenclyffe Tower and the Nobel Prize Committee never gave Tesla the prize. He was marginalized and taken off the history books, mainly because nobody should know about free energy.
Because Tesla came from Croatia/Serbia, a lot of his research, which granted him over 700 patents, was sent back to Serbia when Tesla died 1943 in New York. Stalin gave the order to suck in every peace of Teslas research. The Russians even bought his patent to transfer free energy from St. Petersburg to Siberia. The US on the other hand did everything, to cover up Tesla’s genius research results. This should have dire consequences until our days!
By private personal contacts Tesla could even supply German scientists during WW2 with parts of his scalar wave technology.
But the Nazis had even other sources, mainly from the Vril-society ladies, with Maria Orsic in the lead. Prof. Meyl focuses in his new book Der Skalarwellenkrieg on one of Hitlers most secret weapons: die Glocke, the Bell.
Meyl admits, that there is very litle known about die Glocke, but he got the information without being able to tell his sources, that the Bell was a magnetic monopole emitting magnetic scalar waves and used as a beam-weapon. During the end of WW2 it was, if we may believe Meyl, transported from Poland on the railway to Iran, because it was so huge and heavy, so it did not fit in a plane.
This together with a lot of Hitlers top scientists put the Iran in a position of scalar wave power up to our days.
Stalin kidnapped a lot of top Nazi scientists, especially the skilled radar researchers. They were needed for the phase conjugated radar system, that can send two different scalar waves to meet, the so called scalar wave interferometer (Tom Bearden). In the meeting point of the two different scalar wave beams a lot of energy can be focused, that is able to destroy the most powerful weapons on earth.

During the 1970s the USA suffered from extreme weather and earthquakes, more than usual. Linked to that was “the Russian Woodpecker [which] was a notorious Soviet signal that could be heard on the shortwave radio bands worldwide between July 1976 and December 1989. It sounded like a sharp, repetitive tapping noise, at 10 Hz, giving rise to the “Woodpecker” name. ” It was sent by the Duga-3 array outside Chernobyl quicker than light, often at 31,5 Hz. The atomic power plant in Chernobyl gave all its electric energy to the Duga-3 facility. When the US detected that the Soviet Union planned a devastating earthquake in the San Francisco Bay, they used their new scalar weapons to destroy the atomic reactor in Chernobyl 25 April 1986.
The American answer to the Russian Duga-3 became the HAARP facility in Gakona Alaska. They use scalar waves too, but in a more primitive way compared to the Russians. HAARP was used to drown Iraq with water during operation Desert Storm. HAARP changed the jet-stream from the North Pole to more southern regions. Central Europe was flooded, the water war was continuously sent down more south to the Irak. What the culprits at HAARP did not foresee was the fact, that clouds over a desert do not suck up water but sand. Their own troops had to suffer a lot by desert storms during Desert Storm ….
10 April 2014 Russia humiliated the US by jamming all electronic on the USS Donald Cook, which had the most advanced electronic weapons on board, the Aegis system. “The State Department acknowledged that the crew of the destroyer USS Donald Cook has been gravely demoralized ever since their vessel was flown over in the Black Sea by a Russian Sukhoi-24 (Su-24) fighter jet which carried neither bombs nor missiles but only an electronic warfare device.”
