Revocation of election comments.
As I understand this subject, when you were young, perhaps at age 16 or on getting your first job from a corporation, you were told & you complied to file a 1040 or a W-2 form to start voluntarily filing & paying income tax to the Internal Revenue Service.
This was a voluntary act by you, but you falsely believed it was required.
Now, on reading & understanding the letter called:
Revocation of Election, you notify the IRS that you better understand about your
obligation to the IRS, and you better understand the words & the meaning of
legal requirements, if any, for people whose status and or position is or is not
aligned with the things discussed in the letter.
Complete, print the letter. Date, Sign & or Autograph the letter.
Have a notary & or two witnesses attest that they know you by the name you list and they do service process, mailing by Registered mail with business reply postcard, the complete document/ writing to the IRS.
When the IRS does not rebut your letter within 15 days, they have accepted it.
Then, we suggest that you send a FOIA, a Freedom of Information Act request that they send back to you proof they have received & they retain your notice, your Revocation of Election ,where in you explain how you are not required to file or pay income tax
This is a serious issue in law, skirting or involving knowledge, obligations, law.
Do not proceed until you understand all things here shown..
