Playback (530) 881 – 1399 969241#
Fellow Americans:
Please join us as we
bring the Sovereign People of this great Nation back
into Union and in so doing, restore our American
Republican Form of Government.
We are well into this
effort as much academic research is complete;
educational materials are in development and now the
effort to assemble and organize the Sovereign People
of each State has started.
The purpose of the
Monday night General Assembly calls will be
orientation and basic education for new individuals
as they come back into Union.
On the Monday night
calls, we will explain the overall game plan along
with the fundamentals covered in the attached
documents regarding our American Republican Form
of Government. Much emphasis will be placed on
explaining our American common law system as it is a
major component under the Civil Authority (We the
People in Union).
Coordinators and
trainers are volunteering from every state. Separate
meetings will be held for them. They will organize
the Sovereign People in their respective States and
implement the Education and Training Program.
Education is the
key to success!!!
Please invite other
like-minded People.
Respectfully,
Larry Rudebusch

American common law
Definition - DRAFT
American common law is
the unwritten due process
action
taken to resolve controversies involving violation
of the
conduct prescribed in God's unwritten
law of nature. These controversies involve harm
caused to a Sovereign(s) (the accuser) by another
Sovereign(s) (the accused).
American common law is
also the unwritten due process
action
taken to resolve controversies involving violation
of criminal Statutory Laws written in pursuance of
the Constitutions. These controversies involve harm
caused to the People [Sovereigns in Union] (the
accuser) by a Sovereign(s) (the accused).
The unwritten due process
action
taken derives its authority from long usage, or
established custom, which has been immemorially
received and recognized by judicial tribunals (a
jury of twelve peers [fellow Sovereigns] of the
accused). As this law (common law) can be
traced to no positive statutes (written
Statutory Law), its rules or principles (due
process) are to be found only in the records of
courts (common law courts of record), and in
the reports of judicial decisions (verdicts and
rulings by common law juries of twelve Sovereigns).

law of
nature, is a
rule of
conduct arising out of the natural
relations of human beings established by the
Creator, and existing prior to any positive precept.
Thus it is a law of nature, that one man
should not injure another, and murder and fraud
would be crimes, independent of any prohibition from
a supreme power. (bold and underline emphasis added)

The common law divided
crimes into mala in se and mala prohibita.
A crime malum314 in se was one
that was “evil in itself,” for it violated natural
law. Examples were murder, theft, and treason. A
malum prohibitum – “a prevented (or
prohibited) evil” – was a crime only because it
violated some scheme of legislative regulation. An
example was violation of a commercial restriction.
314
Malum in this context literally means
“evil.” Mala is the plural form.
