Human Image - The Fundamental Legal Fiction video

    Transcription of this video below.

Who are you (in relation to Yahuah)

God granted man two natures, or two bodies:

- a spiritual body

- a natural body

This is the image given to us by God, the Spiritual power.

A human being (as defined)

- is of the form of man only.

- a natural body

This is an image given to us by the secular power, the civil or political power. An image devoid of the substance or essence of man. An image devoid of a spiritual nature.

Only one of these images can be true, the other is a deception, an entity of the imagination, a fiction.

Similar to many countries the Canadian Bill of Rights acknowledges the supremacy of God and the Rule of Law within its constitution.

There are two distinct divisions of law identified and acknowledged in this Bill.... The LAW OF GOD and the law of man (aka RULE OF LAW).

The Bill also acknowledges man and the human person. "Man" and the "human person" are NOT considered equivalent in law. There is a difference between the two..

Bouvier's Law Dictionary:

"Although man and person are synonymous in grammar, they have a different acceptation in law."

So, man and the human person are NOT considered equal. In law, there is a difference that we need to understand.

Homo vocabulum eat naturse; persona juis civilis. Man (homo) is a term of nature: person (persona) of civil law. Calvin.

As defined in Black's Law Dictionary, Second Edition (1910): "Man (homo) is a term of nature; person (persona) of civil law."

The definition above also infers:

A man is NOT a term of Civil Law and a person is NOT a term of nature.

Also notice that a person is referred as a persona. You have a persona, and it is "of" or "from" civil law - a political power.

Not "of" or "from" a Creator/God.

To grasp these somewhat alien concepts, a foundation must first be laid, starting with an Historical Background....

When Canada and other commonwealth countries were formed the people had a robust faith in God and his word. The people acting as legislators proceeded with care not to offend God and his supremacy with their Acts and Statutes. Certainly, the people of that time would not stand for such offenses. They understood from Biblical record that when God's people had offended their creator their nation would fall into subservience.

Those beliefs and concerns are (of course) in the past. Man has fallen away from God, and the liberal legislation of today clearly reflects this fact.

Today, the fear of Godly repercussions is an obvious thing of the past.

Currently we stand at a precipice. We stand at a time when a new world order is upon us. A time of Globalism, where all nations are being consolidated under one banner - The United Nations. Where all nations will be subservient to a central authority.

This authority does not acknowledge the supremacy of any God nor does it maintain the inalienable rights of man under God. It is a secular (non- spiritual) organization that declares rights by its own decree: The United Nations Declaration of Human Rights. Those managing this organization believe their authority will lead humankind to perfection without divine aid.

From the United Nations Website:

"As a SECULAR organization, the United Nations has no common religion. But as HUMANITARIANS we, too, like all major faiths, work on behalf of the weak, the disadvantaged, and those who are vulnerable to violence, disease and disaster. And we share the same ethical foundation: a belief in the inherent dignity of all individuals".

Webster's New World Dictionary, Third Edition, 1988

Humanitarianism: The doctrine that humankind may become perfect without divine aid.

So, that begs the question...

Are human persons headed into a new age of self perfection through Globalism and humanitarianism ?

Or has man been heading into a state of subservience by offending the God of the Bible ?

This presentation will show that we are already in a state of subservience and we have unknowingly been involved in idolatry.

To understand the manner in which we have become subservient and how and by what means idolatry has crept into our lives....

We must start with some basics from the Bible, then proceed to various Law Dictionaries to illustrate how man's law and the jargon of legalese plays its part.

The Word of God identifies two aspects of all men:

- A natural body

- A spiritual body

Zechariah 12:1 The burden of the word of the LORD for Israel, saith the LORD, which stretched forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and FORMETH THE SPIRIT OF MAN WITHIN HIM.

1 Corinthians 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a NATURAL BODY, and there is a SPIRITUAL BODY.

Matthew 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one.

All the world is composed of only two types:

- The good seed guided by righteous influences.

- The tares guided by unrighteous influences.

The good seed are identified in Revelation 14:12 as saints.

Revelation 14:12 Here are the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

A tare is identified in 1 Corinthians 2:14 as a natural man.

1 Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

In summary, the Word of God has given us a simple and clear foundation to work from....

** All men have a natural body and a spiritual body **

All men fall into one of two types:

- Saint (spiritual man)

- Natural Man (spiritually discerned / non-spiritual)

One very clear characteristic of the Natural Man is that he is spiritually discerned. The things of the Spirit of God are foolishness to him.

In a similar manner, the legal system does not pertain to anything spiritual. It concerns itself with the body of man only. It does NOT relate to the spiritual nature of man.

The "term" or "word" for NOT SPIRITUAL is SECULAR. The natural man and the legal system are secular.

From Webster's 1828 Dictionary:

Secular. Pertaining to the present world, or to things NOT SPIRITUAL or holy; relating to things not immediately or primarily respecting the soul, but the BODY; worldly ....

From Webster's 1828 Dictionary:

Secular power is that which superintends and governs the temporal affairs of men, the civil or political power; and is contradistinguished from spiritual or ecclesiastical power.

So there is a secular power which is a political power that is exercised through the civil law or legal system. Its concern is with worldly matters and the body of man but not the soul/spirit. In regards to the Canadian Bill of Rights, this is the Rule of Law.

In contrast there is a spiritual power that is exercised through the Law of God. Its concern is with spiritual matters and the spirit. As illustrated in the Canadian Bill of Rights, this is the Supremacy of God.

... and so the natural man and the legal system are both intentionally separate from spirituality - they are secular. The concern is with the body of man, the flesh.

... in contradistinction, the spiritual man and the spiritual power, the God of creation, are concerned with the spirit of man.

Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other …

From here we seek to see how the secular legal system defines man, since secular does not pertain to anything spiritual ...

Ballentines Law Dictionary

man. In a generic sense, a human being, whether male or female; all human beings; mankind. In the narrow sense, a male human being who has reached the age of majority, at least an age above puberty. State v Seer, 106 Wis 343, 82 NW 167.

This definition tells us nothing in regards to a spiritual body or a natural body, we must define "human" !

Ballentines Law Dictionary

human. Of the form and characteristics of man.

The "form" refers to the natural body.

The "characteristics" of man distinguish him from other species. This definition does not include a spirit/soul.

This is no surprise since the legal system is secular - not spiritual. But since this is a very important point we will belabour the issue somewhat.

characteristic. a typical or noticeable quality of someone or something.

If we transpose the definition of FORM from Websters Unabridged Dictionary into the definition of human:

human. Of the FORM (and characteristics) of man.

human. Of the EMPTY, OUTSIDE APPEARANCE, THE SHOW WITHOUT THE SUBSTANCE (and characteristics) of man.

Webster's Unabridged Dictionary

FORM. SHOW WITHOUT SUBSTANCE; EMPTY, OUTSIDE APPEARANCE; vain, trivial, or conventional ceremony; conventionality; formality; as a matter of mere form. A shape; an image; a phantom.

When the compound word HU-MAN is broken down into its constituent parts "hue" and "man", the constituent parts gives us these meanings:

- The color of man

- The appearance or simulacrum (of man) as distinguished from that which is real

- Having the form but not the substance (of man)

A living body without spirit is not in the realm of reality. Absent the substance or essence of man (spirit), the human being is an entity of the imagination. A false image of man. An entity distinguished from that which is real.

HUE, noun COLOR; dye. (Websters Dictionary 1828)

COLOR. AN APPEARANCE, semblance, or SIMULACRUM, as DISTINGUISHED FROM THAT WHICH IS REAL. (Black's Law 2nd Ed.)

SIMULACRUM. "SOMETHING HAVING THE FORM BUT NOT THE SUBSTANCE"

.... as defined, the human is of the form of man,

.... and a form is an image

.... an image is defined as a mental representation, a conception of the mind. The human being is a being conceived in the mind, a notion, a fiction.

HUMAN. Of the FORM and characteristics of man. (Ballentines Law Dictionary) FORM. 10. Likeness; IMAGE. (Webster's 1828).

IMAGE. 4. To form a likeness or representation of in the mind; to represent mentally; to imagine; to CONCEIVE IN THE MIND. (The Encyclopedic Dictionary 1884).21 C

God granted man two natures, or two bodies:

- a spiritual body

- a natural body

This is the image given to us by God, the Spiritual power.

A human being (as defined) - is of the form of man only.

- a natural body

This is an image given to us by the secular power, the civil or political power. An image devoid of the substance or essence of man. An image devoid of a spiritual nature.

Only one of these images can be true, the other is a deception, an entity of the imagination, a fiction.

Each one of us has the freedom to choose between two options.

To identify with "man", as created in the image of God. Dwelling under the spiritual power: the Supremacy of God.

Or,

To identify with, and assume the spiritless character of the human person created in the image of man, under the secular power: the Rule of Law.

We see the fictitious conceptions of the legal system exemplified in the definition of Nation from Blacks Law Dictionary, 2nd Edition. Nation

The people is the political body brought into existence by community of laws, and the people may perish with these laws. The nation is the …

So, the legal system brings people into existence (and out of existence) by laws - not by God.

Blacks Law Dictionary (6th Edition) includes this sentence from the definition of "Lawful"

The principle distinction between the terms "lawful" and "legal" is that the former (lawful) contemplates the substance of law, the latter (legal) the form of law.

If legal contemplates the form of law, and the definition of "form" is the appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or essence"...

Then legal contemplates the "appearance or superficial aspect of law rather than the substance or essence" of law".

-------------------------------------------------

Form. The antithesis of substance; the appearance or superficial aspect rather than the substance or the essence. State v Japone.

In the same dictionary (Black's 6th) Lawful also includes this sentence...

contradiction of terms. Again, "legal" is used as the antithesis of "equitable." Thus, we speak of `legal

If we reference the word equitable, we will see the antithesis/opposite of what legal is

EQUITABLE. Just ; conformable to the principles of natural justice and right.

Just, fair, and right, in consideration of the facts and circumstances of the individual case.

Which means Legal is NOT conformable to the principles of natural justice and right. But rather legal is UNJUST, UNFAIR and NOT RIGHT.

Since legal contemplates the form of law, and lawful contemplates the substance of law, then legal contemplates "appearances" and lawful contemplates "evidence", the "essentials", "what really is or exists" , the truth of the matter.

As such, legal determinations are made according to the appearance of the matter, rather than the complete and true facts of the matter. What is just, and fair and right cannot be served by mere appearances, truth is required for what is fair and just and right. Legal determinations are controlled, by controlling and/or manipulating appearances.

- - - - -

SUBSTANCE, evidence. That which is essential; it is used in opposition to form. (Bouvier's Law Dictionary).

Substance. 1. In a general sense, being; something existing by itself; THAT WHICH REALLY IS OR EXISTS; equally applicable to matter or spirit. The soul of man is called an immaterial substance, a cogitative substance, a substance endued with thought. (Webster's 1828)

We have a just and good law, under the Spiritual Power.

Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

.... and the law of the Spiritual Power is liberating from the antithetical law of the Secular Power, which is unjust, unfair and NOT right.

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

To better grasp the secular nature and character of the human being, we cite common dictionaries which reference the origin and spiritual orientation of the human

The Oxford New English Dictionary - 1901

Human. Belonging or relative to man as distinguished from God or superhuman beings; pertaining to the sphere or faculties of man (with implication of limitation or inferiority); MUNDANE; SECULAR; often OPPOSED TO DIVINE.

The word human is an adjective in this definition - a descriptor.

A "human" being:

- is a MUNDANE being,

- is a SECULAR being

- is a being often OPPOSED TO THE DIVINE.

Webster's 1828 Dictionary

Mundane. Belonging to the world; as a mundane sphere; mundane space.

As a mundane being, a human being is one that belongs to the world, not a Creator (God).

Samuel Johnson's Dictionary 1755

Secular. Not spiritual. Relating to affairs of the present world. not holy; worldly.

As a secular being, a human being is not spiritual, and the human being is a worldly being.

James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Websters Dictionary 1828

Human. Adjective. [Latin Humanus; Heb. form, species.]

3. Profane; not sacred or divine; as a human author.

So a human being would be a profane being....

Profane. Irreverent towards God or sacred things; written or spoken; acting or acted in manifest or implied contempt of sacred things. (Town of Torrington v Taylor. Blacks Law 4th Edition)

Profane. Not sacred or holy; not possessing peculiar sanctity; unconsecrated hence relating to matters other than sacred; secular; opposed to sacred, religious or inspired. 2 Unclean; impure; polluted; unholy. 3 Treating sacred things with contempt, disrespect, irreverence, or undue familiarity; irreverent; impious. Hence specifically irreverent in language, taking the name of God in vain; given to swearing; blasphemous as a profane person, word, oath, or tongue (Websters 1913).

Humanitarianism. the doctrine that humankind may become perfect without divine aid. (Websters New World Dictionary, Third College Edition, 1988)

Humanism. Any system or mode of thought or action in which human interests, values and dignity predominate, especially an ethical theory that often rejects the importance of a belief in God. (Random House Websters College Dictionary 1990).

Secular Humanism. The philosophy or life stance of secular humanism embraces human reason, ethics, social justice and philosophical naturalism while specifically rejecting religious dogma, super-naturalism, pseudoscience or superstition as the basis of morality and decision making. (Wikipedia).

Law Notes, April 1917

JUDICIAL IDOL WORSHIP. "Idol worship consists of paying reverence to the outward form and ignoring the indwelling spirit".

So, is the political/legal/secular power guilty of judicial idol worship?

Or are we guilty of idolatry by accepting the false image as a true image ?

Websters 1913 Dictionary

Idol. that which is seen, the form, shape, figure.

1. An image or representation of anything.

4. A false notion or conception; a fallacy

Samuel Johnson's Dictionary 1755

idol. 2. A counterfeit 3. An image 4. A representation

The human is of the form of man. The human is a representation of man in a false light. The human is a false notion or conception of man; a fallacy. The human is a counterfeit, a mere image ...

Since the human is devoid of the substance/essence of man, the human is an IDOL.

HUMAN BEING. From Latin "Humanus": a lesser/inferior man or woman defined legally as an ANIMAL and or MONSTER distinct from the ancient (pre-Vatican) Roman term homo : man. A key rule of law from the 14th century describing a fundamental LEGAL FICTION - that is the NOTION of an inferior man or woman as an animal (as defined by Papal Decree) and therefore not subject to the laws of free men, but the laws of property. The decision to create a second word for Homo (man), denoting an inferior "animal" man was crucial to the legal implementation of the Vatican global slave trade from the 14th century - to overcome the questions of legality and morality of the Vatican slave trade. Therefore, unbaptized indigenous populations were legally defined as "humans" and therefore animals. Legally, the NAME OF A HUMAN MUST ALWAYS BE IN CAPITALS TO IDENTIFY THAT INDIVIDUAL AS PROPERTY as distinct from a free man" Ex-Jesuit Frank O'Collins provided this definition in 2005.

There are a few words/phrases in the previous page that I have capitalized for emphasis. All these words/phrases were in direct reference to the human being

ANIMAL/MONSTER, LEGAL FICTION, NOTION,

....also A HUMAN BEING'S NAME IS CAPITALIZED TO IDENTIFY THE INDIVIDUAL AS PROPERTY.

In reference to the human being referred to as an ANIMAL/MONSTER

Ballentine's Law Dictionary - 1948

HUMAN BEING. "See Monster"

MONSTER. A human being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal.

The human being was referred to as a LEGAL FICTION

Legal Fiction .... http://TheFreeDictionary.com

An ASSUMPTION THAT something occurred or SOMEONE or something EXISTS which, in fact, is NOT THE CASE, but that is made in the law to enable a court to equitably resolve a matter before it. In order to do justice, the law will permit or create a legal fiction.

The human being was referred to as a NOTION

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/notion

A general understanding … a vague or imperfect conception or idea of something ... an opinion, view, or belief  … conception or idea … a fanciful or foolish idea .... whim ... an ingenious article, device, or contrivance ... and finally....

A human being is NAMED IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS TO IDENTIFY HIM/HER AS PROPERTY.

Social Insurance Cards, Drivers Licenses, Health Cards....

virtually every identification card provided by government has the holder's name in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. This is contrary to the rules of grammar, including the governments own style manual.

In Summary,

The human being (as defined) is of the form of man only. The substance or essence of man is missing. In addition, the human being is defined as secular, profane and worldly.

The concept of the human as a living body without a spirit is an image conceived in man's mind, in his imagination, a notion contrary to the Word of God.

The human being is a fiction, created in the image of man and not the image of God.

---------------------------------------

HUMAN. Of the FORM and characteristics of man. (+Ballentines Law Dictionary)

FORM. 10. Likeness; IMAGE. (Websters 1828).

IMAGE. 4. To form a likeness or representation of in the mind; to represent mentally; to imagine; to CONCEIVE IN THE MIND. (The Encyclopaedic Dictionary 1884).

As a fictional false image, the human being meets the definition of an idol. The origin of this image dates back to the 14th century as a Papal Decree to legally capture indigenous unbaptized men and women as animals (as property) to be bought and sold as slaves. As such, the human being is a creature of the Papacy - the Pope. The Pope is the Sovereign of the Vatican, which is a City State (Nation/Kingdom).

The metaphorical meaning of a beast in the Bible is a King or Kingdom .... (Daniel 7:17).

Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

Rev 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

DUX CLERI (Latin: head of clergy)

HELATINE BASILEIA (Greek: Latin Kingdom)

LATEINOS  (Greek: Latin speaking man)

A human is a man (in reality) … however, he is one who does not acknowledge the Spirit of God in conjunction with his own spiritual nature. As such, IN MIND, he is human, secular - not spiritual. He identifies with a human person in belief (IN HIS MIND) and/or through legal identification (IN HIS HAND). This places him within the secular power, the civil or political power.

Revelation 14:9-10 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark IN HIS FOREHEAD, or IN HIS HAND, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God

Over the centuries the concept of the human being has been normalized by scientific philosophies such as heliocentrism, evolution and the big bang. Men and women have been drawn away from our Creator and a true concept of his creation into a false concept of creation. The pride of man's scientific philosophies has set him on a path of destruction. The Creator, his creation, and his law have been forsaken; all deemed to be a myth by today's self sophisticated and spiritually discerned men and women who proudly refer to themselves as Human Beings. Mentally (spiritually), they have been captured by deception, CAGED - into a secular system; under the secular power.

Revelation 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a CAGE of every unclean and hateful bird.

Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
