Firstly Order the CANCELLATION (letting go) of ANY and ALL outstanding commercial and non-commercial Bills, including but not limited to, UNITED STATES, WEST VIRGINIA, KANAWHA COUNTY, KANAWHA COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT, CITY OF CHARLESTON, CHARLESTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, commercial cases (CFR 72.11), IRS matters, CIVIL matters, et cetera and any and ALL BILLS and BONDS, secured and unsecured, against ALL contracts with the American Creditor and Beneficiary Henry Theodore of Elden © family on the Credit side of the Ledger Account, which are attached to his various certificates, licenses, and accounts, et cetera, thereby making the FULL settlement payments for ANY and ALL DEBTS, LIENS, PENALTY CHARGES and ALL other CRIMINAL and CIVIL matters, ab initio, nunc pro tunc, without recourse.

Secondarily, I, Henry Theodore of Elden © family, hereby Order the CANCELLATION of ANY and ALL residual DEBTS on the Debt side of the Ledger Account in order to allow for the Settlement Payments in Full to be made on the Credit side of the Ledger Account.
