For people who have interest in mail. As we test & communicate with each other we learn.

Here I list things YOU may achieve, not necessarily in this order.

If only a few people are at an address, it is not necessary to put a name on the mail envelop.  People at the address, when looking at the return address, should know who there your mail is for.

It is not necessary to put any name or title, just a mailing location, a delivery address.

When you use a zip code, you don't need to put the city, state, as the zip code is more precise then the city, state.

Enter the first & last name, city & state of where anyone lived in the last 20 years, and find their current address.  When I see more than one possible address, I write to each of them.  It only cost 2 ¢ postage for each.

If you have a mailing address, go to Zip-Codes.com and enter that info.  It will give you the 5 digit, and possibly a 5+4 digit zip code for that address.

Say you look up 5 Maple Street and find a 5+4 digit zip code, like 02121-1854

Then look up 3 & 4 Maple St, 6 ^ 6 Maple St.  If all 4 of those other addresses do not have the same 5+4 digit zip code, then your 5_4 digit zip code is unique.

You can mail to this 5+4 digit only, no other information is needed for the post man to deliver to that unique mailing location.

Zip codes guide the mail. I use to not use them.  They are optional, not required.  The one who mails can use a zip or not.

The one who receives should be careful.  If you receive mail with an unbracketed [zip code], then if you accept it or even discard or ignore it, it is presumed in law that you accept it and are then volunteering to be bound by US Codes in a contract with the party mailing to you.

If you get mail you don't want, from any government, corporations, individual or from some one you don't know or don't want to deal with, then you must return that mail within 3 days.  abodia.com/t/law  At lower left of that web page, read how at RETURN CLAIMS.

If you put square brackets & or a box around a zip code (or whole address), then according to

The Chicago Styles Manual tells attorneys that any information bound in square brackets & or a box around is not considered as part of the page, it has no meaning in law.

When you mail, put the brackets or box around the zip & or whole address to relieve the recipient of any threat of accepting a contract.  When you receive a letter from a friend or unsolicited mail even with a zip code, it is harmless.  It does not form a contract.

These are elements form a corporation: 2 letter state abbreviations (they are federal zones), your name & or words in ALL CAPITAL letters.

Mail is a legal/ lawful, way to communicate.  Things listed here are your inalienable rights.  You may only achieve these if you study, test & preserver.

Patiently Persist with Prayer & Purpose, until we Prevail.

Some times when we mail in these formats, we get an angry rebuttal, returned, captured or destroyed mail.

Rather then send letter or affidavit to post master, I think, just keep mailing until he realizes you are right & are committed to this.

Another goal to achieve is to establish your right to receive mail at your main downtown post office, thru General Delivery.

Suggestion:  First send mail with normal postage to:

Your Name.

General Delivery,

Your City, State.

I put a period at the end of each line, so that no one writes something after my writing, that might change something.

I put a period after any city because the state that follows may be considered a sovereign nation outside of the UNITED STATES Corp.

To achieve low postage mail, you must commit & persist.  For some this works right away, for others they must wrestle with the USPS for some time before they reliably handle your mail.

I may write to someone in Chicago several times successfully, but when friend in Chicago writes to me, he faces obstacles.

Our sending, 1 or 1,000 letters does not change all post men in uSA.  We are waking up postmen, one at a time thru our efforts.

Mail serves many functions: - to communicate, - to learn & teach, - to establish legal/ lawful claims.

Establish reliable handing of your General Delivery address before giving it to anyone to mail to you there.

In dealing with law, courts, attorneys, corporations and giving them your General Delivery address, they should know they do not have jurisdiction of people who give a general delivery address.

Test, test, test. You may have an idea, true or false, but test it exhaustively before you rely on it.

If you are new & have an important letter to send to a court or attorney, do not test your low cost postage.  Pay normal rates, even for certified or registered mail.  Don't rely on any mail system until you have first tested it several times.

Do not rely on any thing I say.  Instead, learn & test to your own satisfaction.

What works easily for me now is because I've been doing this for 18 years & 1,000s of letters.

It is good to practice, mail back & forth with others.  You may mail to your self to test.  You may use my mailing address as your return address, as if I had mailed to you.

If you use a General Delivery address, then you must use a full name.

Our world, our outcomes arise from our beliefs.  Many do not believe what I say.  Fine, then cannot get what I get.  Our world is mostly limited to what we believe.  Few will invest thought, time & effort in something they believe will fail.

I think having & using your General Delivery address is a simple way to step outside of anyone's jurisdiction.

When ever you give anyone any information or address, you are then giving them permission to contact you through that address.

Generally to give any information to any government (or corporation), you are giving them jurisdiction over you.

To ask questions, you are the king, asking.

to answer questions, you are the servant, slave under their control.

With Yahuah & men, all things are voluntary.

When government (or corporation) stoops to deception, threat, force.  harm or loss, then their actions are no longer lawful.

People like to get friendly mail.  Send greeting cards, letters.  Our life experiences are like trading cards.  Things written (not spoken) may endure longer & or be passed to the hands of many.

I write to many people of high status, wealth, prominence.  It would be difficult for me to talk to or meet with them, but my 2 ¢ letter, my ambassador goes right to their desk.

I mail to people who I think might ignore or discard my e-mails or text.

If we once communicated electronically, but now I get no response, then I drop back to mail.  If my mail does not bring a response, I may try to phone & or visit my friend or contact,

I have successfully sent 100s, 1,000s of low cost mail.  You can too if you invest your thought, time, energy.

Many people stop a process as they think their effort requires more than the goal is worth.

It is when we over value our own time that we forfeit the benefits we may have.

Many receive my mail, but few continue to mail as I do.

The world is greatly deceived. It is important that those of us who know truth should speak it (or mail it) to others.

Many want me to help them, want me to mail to them.

I try to get people to work with others & or to do more for themselves.

Rather than try to force mail by law, simply repeat until accepted.

Don't take big steps, don't start with free mail.  Start with 2 ¢ 1/2 ounce letters, then heavier parcels.  Establish many 2 ¢ mail before advancing to Taxe Percue free

Recent samples received.

As you try to establish your General Delivery mail location, pay full normal postage.  Simplify tests to 1 or 2 items to test.  If you advance to many unusual features, your mail may fail for reasons you don't know.

When you receive usual mail, please send a e-mail or text of the photo of the mail to the who sent it so they can learn what formats work for them.

Post men may mark the mail with

- post mark date

- cancel stamp

- bar code of address.

The more we mail, the more we open mail routes for this type of mail.

It is our lawful right but we must awaken post me to get thus working.
