To all to whom these presents shall come,

Know that I, the Freeman-on-the-Land known as Henry Theodore Elden ©, of the geographical area known as Continental America, reposing special trust and confidence in the integrity and ability of all People to discharge truly and faithfully their responsibilities towards each other, jointly and severally, do hereby joyfully declare that I have lawfully reclaimed the right to protect the inalienable sovereign rights I was born with, and that it is my honourable intent to exist freely in peace, without statutory obligations, restrictions and restraints.
