The following property is Accepted for Value, Exempt from Levy, and herewith registered in the Commercial Chamber and liened at value of Bill of Exchange noted below and is the private property of the Debtor of which the Secured Party holds all interest as the Authorized Representative and Attorney-In-Fact, of the Debtor, and the property is described as; Real Estate; Any and all property & buildings listed under any variation of the name Henry Theodore Elden (& or Jr.) (personal or business) in Kanawha County, West Virginia and including but not limited to land and building(s) at 2 Ramu Road ©, City: Charleston; County: Kanawha; State: West Virginia; Deed Book No: 2727; Page No: 716; Date Recorded: August 21, 2008; Public Records of Kanawha County, West Virginia

Description of Property: One large home/ studio proto type architectural structure (hence forth called studio) with undulating hyperbolic woven layers of wood roofs, hyperlon like rain repelling surface, glass, natural stone & wood walls, insulated glass doors and windows.  Open spaces within for living & working, one partitioned, private room with bath, toilet & sink, one bay with counters & appliances for kitchen, one main level throughout. Studio is built out, cantilevered over hillside with no other interior living spaces below. Woodland, yards, scenic settings and aviary, sanctuary, and wild habitat flourish & abound in the surrounding lawns, gardens and landscaped areas & paved driveway with gravel parking.  Name of Owner: HENRY THEODORE ELDEN, JR. This is a contract in admiralty which you may rebut within 21 days. Rebuttal must be per the conditions found in the "Legal Notice and Demand" that is on file, along with this document, in County Clerk’s office in Kanawha County, West Virginia, or among paper with this UCC filing.

Before the above property can be seized, sold, forfeited, transferred, surrendered, conveyed, disposed of or otherwise removed from Debtors possession, Secured party must be satisfied in full via Bill of Exchange at $100,000,000.00  Record owner is not the guarantor or surety to any other account by explicit reservation. This filing is supported by HJR-192, UCC 1-104 and 10104. All proceeds, products, accounts, baggage, fixtures and the Orders there-from are to be released to the Secured Party as the Authorized Representative of the Debtor. Said filing establishes a superior security interest and lien on the property, as a matter of right, under necessity.

Henry Theodore Elden ©, the real, living human has made these investment of his thought, time, effort & energy: - conceived the unique design of the studio, the geometric shell shapes, design, materials, utilities, services, cabinetry, location, use and construction, - met all building standards, approvals and interface with any possible governing body or jurisdiction, - survey, site contour, - soils investigation, - supervised & purchased materials, supplies, the assembly of crews, the execution of their craft & skill, and the development of the construction, as well as personally aiding in the physical construction, starting back with small experimental models of varying materials and construction, then to life size models of various prototypes of the undulating roof shapes, - worked with local newspaper reporters to announce and publish the building design, development and final building, as well as national publishers and national TV producers to be included on Dream Builders on Home & Garden TV, where this project, and Elden ©, the designers, constructor, and living occupant, and his ideas, philosophy and techniques where many times nationally broadcast, Elden © added his sweat equity, thought, design and labor on a daily basis for 32+ years, maintaining the premises, repairing, modifying, organizing, presenting the studio and it’s attributes, eccentricities, and delight in design and use to a varying stream of invited and other random occurring guests and spectators, from around West Virginia, other states in America, and beyond, even to European and Asian visitors.  Elden © - uses the studio for it’s further enhancement and development, and maintains the home / studio for show, display, to charm and enchant diverse people who come to visit, see, inspect or be curious. Elden ©  - maintains the home/ studio thru weather, changes, diverse clients, and people & pets touring through and working within the studio & ground, - for entertaining and gathering people and ideas for diverse purposes, Elden © has invested at least 1 hour daily for 32+ years, and often 10 or more hours weekly for further enhancements and maintenance to this home / studio as he is of record, the creator, designer, contractor, and daily curator of the home / studio and his 30+ years of collected creative works in design, photography, computer systems, software, importing, cabinetry, data base management, internet web sites and distribution of information, images, newsletters, lists, correspondences and central to educating, illuminating, & uniting people and ideas, as he and his father have done for their 30+ years of professional practice together (in many fields)  and many other diverse activities, libraries, and creative works. Untold people have experienced this studio in work, play, visit, inquiry, and or through media, publication, inquiry or as a result of Elden’s © work, personality, activities, and sheer will, love & passion to work, live and radiate his joy from this studio. Elden’s © design was first conceived in 1962, and progressively developed in the 16 years before it culminated in this particular application of this design, in 1978.  Similar and contributing designs influences were observed, photographed and studied at diverse locations across the US and in Europe and beyond. Little Rock is name of studio, & is the soul foundation of Elden’s © life, livelihood, security, safety, health, contact with the world.
