How to Return a Summons, Ticket or IRS or any Bill
If you get a bill, summons, traffic ticket, and or IRS bill,
you can just return them in 3 days, and you don't accept their offer to contract.
Should they mail or serve you again, just keep returning their papers.
This is complete defense, don't start and give up. Know and use this.

If you are living man/ woman, then laws to persons do not apply to you.
We are filled with a world of authorities who tell us what we must do.
No one told us it is voluntary. We sign forms (affidavits) and get deeper into their system and get so entangled we cannot get out.
Then they enforce tickets, summons, court, jail time, fines or taxes.
All things that are given to you, mailed, or hand delivered like:
- traffic ticket, court summons, judgment, bill, invoice, invitation,
They are presentments,
You may argue with them and then have to go to court
– argue more and probably lose.
You may keep the presentment (and suffer the default to what they say)
You may ignore the presentment “ “ “
You may return the presentment (That cancels their invitation to contract, particularly with a neutral response- the presentment is then dead unless and or until initiated again).
If sent to you again, Just keep returning them !

What they give you, the presentments, are offers to contract with their corporations, their private courts, municipalities, etc. …
Your response determines your fate.
Of any presentment, like (contracting) to buy a car or a phone, you have 3 days, or til midnight on the 3rd day.
You can return anything, unquestioned, no reason is required.
So if you get a ticket and decided you don’t want it, send it back to whomever sent it within 3 days, include the envelope it came in.
Do not hold anything, else you’ll suffer their authority,
their consequences and or default to what the presentment offers.

All “government”: federal, state, county, city, municipal – It’s all private corporations. They can only deal with you if you volunteer.
The United States Incorporated 21 Feb. 1871, “Act of 1871” forming DC.
The 50 States incorporated under US Inc. in 1950-60s with the Buck Act.
Those corporations can only deal with you if you volunteer to contract.
They can only deal with you as a corporation,
i. e with your name in all CAPITAL LETTERS.
You can NOT Volunteer & AVOID them, their courts, fines, jail, taxes !

To avoid Service of Process, Notice, and Acceptance
Regardless of how served, delivered, mailed, or left at home or office:
IMMEDIATELY place all papers/ documents and envelope to be returned into a NEW envelope.
IMMEDIATELY address NEW envelope with
document senders address, & use this address as return address.
DO NOT use YOUR name or address on this NEW envelope.
DO NOT use any headings, date, or signature on your neutral response.
The object here is to immediately RETURN
the unwanted presentment or offer in pristine condition,
in the most NEUTRAL and non-committal manner possible.
DO NOT rebut the issue or address anything in their documents. (To do so is, to do something that is beneficial to one party or detrimental to another party). In other words, you are making an appearance.
You simply return the unwanted presentments.
This is simply a misdirected posting being returned to sender DELIVERY CONFIRMATION as proof that you did not retain or accept by retaining. Be sure to add the statement 3rd Party Affidavit of Mailing on both the neutral response wording and on the NEW envelope. IMMEDIATELY send courtesy copy, neutral and anonymous, to the Court Clerk, (so the court will be aware that they DO NOT have the proper service of process).
MAIL IT, DO NOT go in person! (I also keep a copy of it.)
Result: No agreement or contract for you to appear.

Certified mail costs more, but you can send a letter that way.
DON’T USE green return post card at post office.
