Please forgive me if this message is gruff, direct, not personal.

I deal with a lot of people.  Some people understand what I say, others fight me with disbelief.

What I say is true, or it works for me.  I think it will work for you if you try it & persist.  Please read this page.  There may be nuisances you've not formerly considered.

When you mail to a home or place where there are few people, then you don't need to put a name on the mail.  The postman delivers to a mail box at a physical location.  Those receiving the mail, on seeing who sent it, they should give the mail to you knowing that you & I communicate with each other.

Put a zip code on mail, but always in [square brackets] or a box.  That removes any presumptions of an address, like 2 letter states, which are Federal Territories.  Within a box you can use ALL CAP words or not.

When you use a zip, also state sip exempt, so that presumptions form the address are eliminated.

When you use a zip, then you don't need to put a city, state.

Go to USPS zip look up.

If you want to write to 14 Main street.  Look up the 5+4 digit zip for 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Main Street.

If the 9 digits for your intendment 14 Main St. is unique, then you can address to the 9 digits.  You then don't have to put a # & street address.

Anyone can mail for 2 ¢ postage per each 1/2 ounce of letter weight.

We are not bound by USPS requirements as to the shape, stiffness, thickness of our mail.  We are working under USPO regulations from 1860s

Don't argue or write letters to postmaster, just keep doing your mail.

In the beginning, it may not be reliable.  Mail to your self & others, many times to open the mail paths & to teach more & more postmen that what you do is lawful, legal, correct, ok.

I've done this 22,000+ times over last 19 years.  Anyone can do & prevail.

I write to Dennis a prisoner  on death row in Alabama federal prison.  He copies my envelopes & mails that to me, showing me he is receiving my free postage, via Taxe Percue.

As you do this, learn of other cheap mailers, or patriots, or anyone.  Mail back & forth to each other to open mail routes.

Many read & use what I say.  I wish anyone would work with & help me.  Anyone, any where can do things that help us all.

Many people fear to try thinking they might get scolded or might lose a benefit, job, salary, lose a promotion.

Our lives are limited as we walk around believing other people, called experts & authorities, have control over us.

They only do if you concede or permit them.

You can write to me & I to you.

You can write to yourself, use my address as return address, so it looks like I sent it.

With a pen, a typewriter & or a computer word processor

Fold a 8 x 11: papers in 1/3rds.

Each panel is 3.5" by 8"

You will fold this around what ever you want to mail and tape it closed.  It becomes an envelop.

Make a master sheet.

Once you have a master, make copies.  Complete the outgoing address on your copy, mail it at street side blue USPS mail deposit boxes.

The USPS clerks do not want you mail, nor will they help when you talk to them.  They refuse & keep your mail out of the mail room.

When you mail at street side mail boxes, the your mail is in their system.  They must deliver it.

Don't mail valuable or important things in this manner until you have done it many times & it proves reliable.

Read/ know regulations to boost your confidence & commitment.

We are ruled by established regulations, not by uneducated, uninformed authorities.

If you try & fail, anyone can do that.  Have you courage to persist until you prevail ?

We should mail to each other.  When you receive unusual mail, tell the sender.  Best, take a photo of the received envelop & send image to the sender to help us all learn what works best.

In early mailing, put regulations on the envelop.

In later mailings you can use less words.  I mail to some people with this address only.

At FamilyTreeNow.com - find address for anyone. Give their name & a city where they lived in last 20 years. It will tell you their current address.

I've mailed 1,000s of times to everyone I know & who I meet.

I send Thank You post cards to anyone for anything.  I love to mail !

Actually all that we are doing is non commercial, we are sending posts thru the post office.  Mail is a commercial term.

If the people who contact me will talk to each other, that would save me a lot of work !  I am not smarter than anyone.  I am simply dogged, or stubborn like a bull.  When I get an idea, I will press it with commitment until I make it true for me.
