Even the head of Cal Fire for the state said on CNN he had no idea what started the over 60 strikes that came out of nowhere in the middle of the night without warning. Sudden, unexplainable winds kicked up to 60-70 mph, blue flashes and sparks were seen above by many, including me.
Cars were torched, yet trees untouched. the car tire rubber and glass were nowhere to be found and homes were reduced to unrecognizable rubble. Glass and rubber take thousands of degrees to melt which means these fires generated there own direct heat, like a directed energy butane torch, except they are using directed energy LASER technology to pulse the plasma clouds, stir the wind for energy and release up to a trillion watts of laser power at any one source. This is why cars and homes completely melted but shrubs, leaves, plants and neighbors houses, were untouched.

Today, in concern for the fires in No. California, I am reviewing Weather Modification by governments, which has been ongoing since 1930s.
The original intent was to modify weather, perhaps to reduce storms, but the opposite was soon discovered.
Experiments & progress was made to increase storms, supposedly to learn how to use weather against enemies, in foreign lands.
Of course to learn these things, they need to experiment. Their first action is to experiment on US citizens people and places in the United States.
As you read these articles select names, places, date, etc. and search again. You can find newspaper reports, position papers, and reports of research & experiments.
Many people hope think these things are true. As long as you DO NOT investigate, you can believe (lying) news & government to think these facts are not true.
But if, with the innocence, the energy and curiosity of a child, you simply read, and search again on the terms & of what you read, to find more articles and greater details.
The United States, particularly the Air Force, has been doing weather modification experiments on US areas & people for nearly 90 years.

Rainmakers turn Weather against enemy
Weather modification took a macro-pathological turn between 1967 and 1972 in the jungles over North and South Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Under operation POPEYE, the Air Weather Service conducted secret cloud seeding operations to reduce traffic along portions of the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Flying out of Udom Air Base, Thailand without the knowledge of the Thai government or almost anyone else, but with the full and enthusiastic support of President Johnson, the AWS flew over 2,600 cloud seeding sorties and expended 47,000 silver iodide flares over a period of five years at an annual cost of approximately $3.6 million.
In March 1971, nationally syndicated columnist Jack Anderson broke the story about Air Force rainmakers in Southeast Asia in the Washington Post; several months later the Pentagon Papers confirmed his information. A year later Secretary of Defense Melvin Laird stonewalled the Senate Foreign Relations Committee when he stated that no cloud seeding was taking place over North Vietnam, never mentioning that Operation POPEYE: still operated elsewhere in the region.
