5 years ago, this action by once 5 people was to ask question to:

W. Va. legislators, W. Va. Supreme Court & W. Va. governor and eventually to Donald John Trump himself.

They started this as questions.  No one would answered their 500+ questions, so they initiated this into the court, which are only private corporate courts.

The court just dismissed the claims, so their only recourse was to submit these claims to arbitration, which is lawful.

In 1920s, the US Congress passed the Federal Arbitration Act, where in if anyone had a grievance with the government,
they could seek remedy in arbitration.  In arbitration, normally both parties in controversy would have to agree to the arbitration, but in this Federal Arbitration Act of Congress, it says that the government had to participate and be subject to the arbitration.

Phil found an arbitration company FAA from Texas, who had arbitrated 500 cases.

They accepted Phil's claims, and concluded they are valid.

The result or judgment is that the federal government will release all powers over Phil & any who also opt out.

The government should return to Phil & others whatever they may have taken: taxes, property, rights, penalties, etc.

I, Ted, have tried to simplify this.

Any one, every one should read from Phil's website to learn more details.  The linked audio is good material to consider.

Before Thanksgiving of this year, Phil & others will go to Washington, D.C. to demand that the Congress enact an Act to remedy this, i.e. to pay these people back what they have taken and to exempt them from any future obligations of any form of US government.

These people will be in a status like ambassadors, immune from local laws (except if they injure anyone or cause them loss, damage, harm.)

The enormity of this action and result may stretch your comprehension and imagination.

These guys won, they beat the whole law & court systems in our country at every level.

This changed our false belief that Government is God, is in control, that we must submit & obey to them.

Governments have threatened and or conditioned us or taught us to relinquish our God given rights so government can act on us, stealing our rights, property & freedom/ liberty.

On Hudok.info there is a form to opt out: Complete it, scan it, and e-mail it to e-mail address listed.

They send the original form by mail to the address given.

Phil & others will carry these completed forms to Washington, D. C. to demand a bill on the private side.

 These are ways that the arbitration judgment can be completed:

- U.S. Supreme Court can enforce the judgment.

- Congress can pass a bill (best option).

- President Trump can issue an Executive Order to finish this.
