General Delivery - Not US resident, Not US citizen.

the 9 digit zip: ##### -.#### is complete delivery address.

-9999 means General Delivery.

No post mark, nor canceling stamp, nor bar code.

USPS feels obligation to deliver but does not mark with USPS markings.

Hand Written 3/2/22 is hand marked the date PO received it.

If not picked up within 30 days, they will return that mail to sender.

Taxe Percue, zero or no postage paid. Rain drop smeared red ink, oops !

Boxes around name, address remove any legal stigma of US codes, US address, etc.

I always include:

General Post-office. Zip exempt.

Some learn by reading, study. I learn by testing.

If you mail to a person at General Delivery,

then you have to print or include their name.

Generally if you just give a delivery address,

you do not have to include a name, or title like Friend, Patriot, Customer, etc.

If you use a zip code:
- put it in brackets or the whole name/ address in a box to avoid legal ramifications.
- you don't need to print the city, state if you do include a zip code.
If you find & usea unique 9 digit zip code, then you don't need to put the 3 street.

Enter # street address, city, state, it will dhow the 5+4 digit zip.
If you want to mail to 124 Main St. See if it has a 9 digit zip.

If it has a 9 digit zip, then also check 122, 123 & 125, 126 Main St.
to see if any of the adjacent buildings hae that same 9 digit zip.

If only the one address, like 124 Main St, 30774-8737 is unique
Then you only need to put the 9 digit zip. You don't need to put the city, state.

Everyone should be able to receive General Delivery at any main post office in uSA (or the world).
Mail yourself, or have some one mail to you addressed as:

John Doe.
General Delivery.
Your City.
Your State.
[ 34225-9999]. zip exempt.

IAfter mailing with normal postage, wait 4 days, then go to your Post Office & ask for mail coming to you. They may ask/ require some government, photo ID. I never had nor showed any ID. I get my mail.
